It is 66 inches wide, 92 inches tall to the center crest, 83.5 inches high on the side posts, 5 inches deep on the bottom, and 5 inches wide on the posts. It is all original untouched. It has a personalization on top of the crest of 3 gold gilded letters that I cannot make out. It has gold gilded trim; gold gilded liner and it is simply beautiful. There are a couple of small pieces of molding missing on the base that I believe we can detail. There is a hole on the center of the personalization, which I believe must have been a finial at one time.

This frame date anywhere from 1870 to about 1880. Has mitered joints and square nail construction. It is the original finish though the finish is in fair condition. The paint on the liner looks to be the original and is also in fair condition. It also has a name written on the back. Actual sight measurement is 11 5/8” by 9 1/2” while the actual size including the blind space in back is 10 1/16” by 12 1/16” The frame itself measures 17 1/2” by 15 3/4” and it measures 2 3/8” out from the wall. I have no glass, but there is a picture, and some old wire eyelets. Here is a antique walnut picture frame with a inner liner gilt stenciled finish. The entire frame measures 17 1/8 x 22 3/8 ins. While the inner rabbet insert size for your art is 14 7/8 x 19 7/8 ins.The frame is in original condition with a dark patina with its authentic scrapes/scratches from the last 120+ years showing on its surface. I would consider it to be in fair/good as is vintage condition for age( with scrapes/scratches) It has a deep well front.I would date this frame to the 1860-70s time period. Unique: TWO gold gilt liners and a black ebony carmalized. Etched liner. Original wavy glass! Frame shows some wear. Please view pictures.
