And it is not too dirty and worn. Back side looks to be a red velvet or felt material. The ornate latch is present but does not work. The bindings are a little loose but still intact. This piece originally had cabinet card photos in it when I found it, and I have been selling off the cards separately. The picture holes roughly fit 6"X4" maybe 7"X5" cards. Pages inside are a little dirty in places and have some smaller tears here and there. Overall great piece to use with your photos or to display. YOU WON'T FIND ANOTHER! The other book looks to have a metal soldier on the front. Possibly a Civil War soldier. The front and back are a soft cloth material. Bindings are a little loose but still functional. A few dirty spots on the outside and inside. Some of the pages have rips or tears. This book can house different sizes of photos within the pages. The latch on the side does not work. Antique vintage 1920s 1930s era ART DECO silver & black picture frame w/ cupid
For your consideration is this antique Art Deco silver and black frame with a black and white sketch of a cupid. The frame is metal and the"matting" that one sees that is black and silver is painted. I have not attempted to open the back of the frame not wanting to disturb anything inside. The frame itself measures 6" X 8" and the inside measurement for the photo that would show is 3.5 X 5.5 inches. The frame and the paint are in excellent condition with the exception of an extremely small divet in the upper right hand corner of the frame itslef which I have attempted to photograph in the third photo. This will be shipped from a smoke free and pet free home and international bidders are welcome!

Enamelled Oval Convex Frame Over Tin From the Flapper Era Picture
This is a picture of a flapper circa 1927 graduate from Syracuse. Indiana. The year the high school was finished and the year the boys basketball team went to the state finals. She was a very beautiful women and looks very flapperish in this picture. The perimeter of the frame is 22 inches long and 15 1/2 inches wide with the inside perimeter is 19 inches by 12 1/2 inches. It appears to be enamelled painted over tin in dark brown. It has a convex glass of the picture.

The only issue to report is that one of these ormolu corners is missing a drop. This piece has been painted over in gold. Vintage Whitewashed Wormy Chestnut Picture Frame, Mid Century, 60's Era, Pickled
Very stylish 60's era vintage white-washed wormy chestnut picture frame. This frame has a painted lip that angles towards the rabbet from a high point. And sweeps back towards the outside with a gentle curve. The rabbet size is 14 1/ 8" X 20 1/8" With an outside dimension of 16 1/2" X 22 1/2" The moulding is 1 1/2" wide. The rabbet depth is 7/16" The sight size is about 13 1/2" X 19 1/2" Frame has a nice. Even wash. O n the bottom rail. The white has worn off just a bit. The frame is in good condition overall. There are a few small chips on the bottom two corners. Don't have close-ups of those, but I think you can see what I mean in the first photo. Two of the corners on the right side are a bit open, but the frame is still solid. It sits flat, it's not warped. Offered- An Italian Full Leather Folding(Portfolio Style) Picture Frame. I would date this frame to the Arts& Crafts era- 1910/1920. The frame is beautifully embossed in shades of Mahogany/Brown with Gilt trim around the edges. This is a large frame- measuring 13 1/2 inches by 11 1/2 inches when closed. It would accomodate a 13 by 11 inch photo. The interior is covered in a Gold Silk Moire- The right side is framed in leather with an old-style plastic sheet that the photo would fit under. A very sweet. Petite Pearlized Celluloid Picture Frame. Celluloid is susceptible to staining, damage from heat(warping) and chipping. THIS LOVELY LITTLE FRAME SUFFERS FROM NONE OF THOSE ISSUES! It's one significant flaw is that the easel on the back, the stand, is missing. But, at least, there's no unsightly blemish, only a small mark where the stand attached. A small separate stand is easily substituted. It's s creamy yellow frame with the velvet backing in a pleasant mid green. It measures approx 6" x 4 1/4" The oval opening for the photo or print is 4 1/4" x 3" The charming print in the photographs goes with the frame. Antique Victorian Era Pressed Paperboard Picture Photograph Frame This old beauty came with the lot of old tintypes that I purchased and just listed- none of them were inside of it. There is sat all by itself. And it's just so pretty! What I have is an antique, Victorian era pressed paper board photo frame. I don't know if this was part of an album, or maybe had a light easel(like a wire one) at one point in time, but what's left of it now is the best part- the frame itself, nothing else. It's made from a light, pressed paper board that is not pliable(unless you force it- then it would move) that is brown, with lovely high relief detailing on the front. On the back, you can see faded rose colored paper shreds and pieces- as if it had covered the back at one point in time and is mostly no longer there. You can see a little ... moresheen to the brown finish at the back- where it dripped back there from the front- it's shiny at the back, but no longer at the front. You can also see what looks like a nail hole at the very top- see photo 4. I'm guessing someone had this one on the wall. Other than that, it's really in excellent solid and sturdy condition, especially for being over 100 years old. There are some very teenie spots of wear to the brown finish, and it could use a little dusting/wipe off- I have not cleaned it in any way, it's as found. The outside of the frame measures 4 3/4" wide by 6 3/4" tall and the inside opening is 2 1/4" by 3 1/2" tall. It's light, weighing only a couple of ounces. Prettyprettypretty! This is an unusual vintage hand made tramp art oval picture frame from the depression era; the original hand cut glass has a pale greenish aqua tint. The image opening is 7& 5/8" x 5& 5/8" The overall size is 8.75" x 6.75" The wood is dark with a nice grain. There is some writing on the back. And although faded, I can make out the words'Brother George' and'Glenwood" Condition: some chips on the edges of the hand cut glass. Not visible inside the frame.

17 1/2" Tall by 15" Antique Walnut Frame with a lovely Portrait of a Young Boy. There is water damage to the matte around the frame but the portrait itself appears to have escaped the damage. The frame is in good condition. There are crackled portions in the gold portion of the frame. There is a small scratch at the right corner of the frame. I do not repair or try to restore antique finds.it would seem easy to replace the matte that frames this Darling. Please give this one a good home. Here is a very large. Quite heavy antique walnut picture frame, circa 1860s. It measures 29 x 33 ins. in total size, and the insert rabbet for your art or mirror is 22 3/16 x 26 3/16, a 22 x 26 item should fit fine in here. The molding is about 4 ins. wide and it is a deep well with painted black ebonized lines on the surround. The frame is in FAIR as is antique condition, with some minor scrapes, scratches, some inner gilt gesso chipped off the slip liner, some black ebonized lines wearing away, and some miter corner separations. It is fairly sturdy, but could be stabilized further by re-gluing. It has a bit of old whitish paint at one side back corenr, unseen from the front and coudl probably be cleaned off if it bothers you. Please be aware this frame is approx. 1t is about 150+ years old. So will not be perfect like a new repro one.
