This auction is for a pair of corbels. These corbels came off our Victorian style home about 5 years ago during a renovation. I had fully intended to put these back on our home but due to sickness was never able to do so. The home was built late 1880's- early 1890's. Corbels are weathered and may have chipped paint. Cracks here and there, some areas may be missing a little wood and a number of them have old termite damage on the end. The corbels measure 18-3/4” Long by 12” High by 4-1/8” wide. Size is approx. as the corbels are hand crafted and all are unique. I have taken pictures of a single corbel. A pair, and several pictures of them in a stack. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A"PICK-UP ONLY" ITEM Shabby Gray Corbels Up for sale we have this great pair of solid wood ornate corbels I'm not sure of the age but would guess somewhere around the late 1800's or early 1900's These are in good used condition for the age and will need some restoration. They have some loose molding that needs to be nailed back on(see pics closely) These are very large and measure approximately 26.5" in height at the tallest level in the back and 15.25" at the shortest level in the front x 11" in width and 28.5" deep from front to back With a creative mind you should be able to come up with some use for these awesome pieces. Pair Vintage 1870's Victorian Wood Corbel Brackets Architectural Salvage
You will receive the corbels shown. Removed from our Victorian home during remodel project. Home was built starting around 1868 and not completed until approx. 1871. Corbels are hand made. Square nail construction using oak and other mixed woods. Measurements are approx. 18 1/4" tall 14 1/2" extended out and 6 1/2 wide at top. I show plenty of photos, please use the zoom to see condition. I will wrap corbels in paper and place bubble wrap and packing peanuts in box for shipping.
