This is a pair of delicious old French hand-carved wood corbels/pediments that are so ornate! The colour of the wood is very rich and the detailing of the decor is simply superb with scrolls and acanthus leaves. They still carry the peg they were attached to the door with. It can easily be taken off. Each of them measures 13"1/4 x 9" x 1"1/8 thick WOULD BE OF GREAT ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST IN A DOORWAY OPENING. HANGING ON A WALL OR JUST SITTING AGAINST A WALL AND THE OLD WOOD HAS SO GORGEOUS PATINA.

Corbels, Enkebol, Lot of 3, 2-Large Leaf and 1-Smaller Acanthus, Pre Stained
Lot of 3 corbels stamped Enkebol on the back. Color is what I would call a nutmeg. But do not expect to match them exactly with anything as there are thousands of stain combinations. I believe them to be cherry or maple. It is hard to be sure with the stain applied. The smaller corbel is an acanthus style, and is 9-1/2" tall x 4-3/4"wide x 3-5/8" deep and is a little darker that the other two. The two larger corbels are leaf style, and are 13" tall x 3-5/8" wide x 8-1/2" deep. all are in nice condition, but do have a few tint scuffs and dings.

Matched Pair of Wooden Acanthus Corbels Onlay Component
This decorative pair of corbels will caress whatever you intend to mount them on. They are gracefully shaped and carved in traditional acanthus foliage. Each piece is 5.5" x 3.25" x 3/4" These came from a furniture and design company that went out of business in the 1990's. Some pieces were removed from furniture that was in disrepair other pieces were left over stock from architectural design projects.

Pair Antique Carved Wood Acanthus Leaf Corbels Old Vintage Gingerbread 4287-15
Nice matched pair decorative antique carved wood corbels. They both have thick crusty old black and white paint. One has a small chip in the wood at the bottom tip and it is missing a small detail piece on the side. The other is undamaged. They would make great shelf brackets or they could be used as shelves independently. Overall good solid useable condition. Please look over the pictures and ask questions when needed. Enkeboll Designs 1996 Acanthus Leaf Cherrywood Stained Corbels (2)
This pair is marked"Enkeboll Designs 1996" But I am not sure if they are meant to be corbels or bookends. Obviously, if used as bookends they would be turned upside down. They weigh a little over 3 pounds each. They have no holes drilled in the back. Stained a warm cherrywood color they are beautiful just as stand alone accent pieces. 9 1/2" tall, 4 1/2" wide, 6" deep. Seller will ship USPS and advise Buyer of shipping charges.
