Bracket A(picture 1) This is a porch post bracket you would use on both sides of a post. It is made of yellow pine. I also can make them in Cypress. A more weather resistant wood. Cypress adds $3.50 to the cost. This measures 7/8 inches thick x 15 1/2 inches wide x 15 1/2 inches tall. I can make as many of these as you might need for your project. This is a gable end bracket from an antique Victorian era house. It is made of pine and has chamfered edges. Cut-outs on the ends, it is missing a small medallion or block at the bottom center. It measures aprox. 40" wide at the bottom and is 21 1/2" high in the center. The original paint has been removed, there is a little damage on the ends which you can see in the pictures. I was planning on using these on my front porch but went with a totally different design scheme. Here you have six corbels that were handmade and found at an estate sale. They are made of wood. A soft wood, not sure what kind. They would need a good coating of stain/primer and painted. or leave unfinished. I really love the design on these, a really nice pattern. It would look great for shelving but would need some material to fatten them up a little. Size are all the same and pattern is the same. long 16 inches and 3/8th tall 10 inches depth 1/2 inch thick shipping is going to be 20$ flat fee shipping US only. A wonderful pair of matching antique wooden Victorian corbels. Or gingerbread as some call it. These were salvaged from New Bedford, Massachusetts. These have original paint and patina. They measure approximately 15 1/2" x 12" and are 2 1/4" thick. One has a little damage to the top. Which any carpenter or woodworker can round off, do the same to the other, and make them both match exactly. Each one weighs approximately 27 pounds 10 inches a piece, and measure 40 1/4" tall x 23 1/4" wide x 6" side to side with a 9 1/2" height from the top of the finial down to the bottom edge as shown. Antique Large Matched Pair Corbels Roof Brackets Victorian Gingerbread 3068-14
Nice decorative pair of large corbels or roof brackets. They are large enough to be entry way brackets. They have old chippy white paint with some green under. They both have small chunks out of them as well as some minor chips and cracks. You will also find nail and ail holes. They each have great bullseye accents on each side. One corbel is missing half of the bullseye from one side. Overall they are very solid and in good usable condition. So please check out the other two we have listed if by chance you need four. This pair of fancy Victorian corbels has a wonderful look and great detail in the design. They measure 24 inches tall by 17 inches long by 3 5/8 inches wide. They are somewhat dirty and would clean up quite nicely, or could strip them and add fresh paint. The wood is quite solid and there are no soft areas or rot. The one side looks like it was exposed to some heat, but it is only on the very surface and really did not hurt the corbels.
