2 Wonderful Primitive Vintage Terra Cotta Brick Corbels Pediments Architectural Everything that I am listing this week is from the flea market. And from an auction that we went to. There’s lots and lots of variety, and nifty stuff too- so I hope you enjoy! These 2 old terra cotta corbels are stand alone lovely just as they are- prop them up with your pretties and they will shine! Actually- they'd prop the pretties. I should say, as they are stand sturdy pieces of terra cotta clay, matching, each with a three round ball decoration on the front. Each one weighs a smidge under 5 1/4 lbs, and they measure 2 5/8" wide, 6 1/4" deepest and 5 3/8" tall. They are in excellent solid and sturdy condition- no structural issues or cracks, but with lots of rustic wear to the clay- there's small chips, nicks, pits, rubs- some original ... moreto the rustic making, some not- like on the round balls of the front. Set of 2 Two Vintage Antique Architectural Gold Paint Plaster Corbels Brackets !
Hi: For your consideration here is a nice set of two(2) vintage or antique sconces or brackets! These medium to large size pieces measure a bit over 8 1/4" from the top of the shelf to the bottom tip. And the surface area of the shelf top is about 9 3/8" wide by 4 1/2" deep which is the maximum depth they would stick out from a wall when mounted. The pieces weigh close to two pounds each unpacked. They are made of what appears to be white plaster or a similar material and the gold finish looks similar to gilders paste/paint. There is a small wire rod in the plaster with a twisted piece of wire on the back of each for hanging. Both are in good condition with no major loss or cracks. Both have light to dark spots or areas in the top shelf part(3rd photo from last) and the other has several small chips and related finish loss. ... moreThe'worst' chipped area is shown in the last photo but there is nothing that could not easily be touched up. Gorgeous ornate decorative brackets that came from a home that was built in the 70's. They are made out of some kind of metal possibly aluminum but sturdy like cast iron. Color is antique white. There is a big A with 3 other letters in a circle. One has the number 1 and 12R on it and the other has a 2 and a 12R. Antique Vintage 4 Matching Solid Wood Salvage Architectural Corbels
These are 4 matching corbels which are in very good condition. They have no missing parts and no rotten wood with only normal wear due to age. They are made from solid wood and weigh about 3 1/4 pounds each. Can be used for any architectural project that you might have. They measure 16 1/2" high. 4 1/2" wide by 5" deep at the widest point. I really do not know the age of these corbels, but for safety purposes, I did remove large cut nails which were used to fasten them to the house, I hope this helps with dating them. They are guaranteed to be authentic, not reproductions. Thank you for looking.
