This is nice Rand McNally 3 part pull down map on a retractable roller with bracket. The three maps show Alaska. The World, and the USA. The maps measure 70 inches wide with the largest extending down to 50+ inches in length. They are made out of a plastic type of a material. This set is used but in very good condition. This chart came out of a school. There are white pieces of paper with state names that have been attached with scotch tape on the Alaska and USA map. They can be left on or taken off. The copyright date is 1988. This map measures 65 inches high by 50 inches wide. It comes mounted on a spring roller. With a wood dowel at the end. This map shows a little bit of wear from general classroom use. But overall it is in good condition. There is a small tear on the outside layer of the map(see pic) which is visible when the map is rolled up. Order# 117126394 This vintage map is a great teaching or collectors item for the world history buff! 4-5 of the bottom pages have little damage and are missing metal page strips. Map is in Very Good Condition for its age in my personal opinion. there are some maps that have highlighter/marker/pen markings likely from being used as a teaching tool. Nothing major as seen in the photos. The size of the maps themselves are 50" wide x range in measurements of 62" long as they get a an inch or 2 smaller as they go up. Antique Vintage School Pull Down Rand McNally WORLD Map 50" x 64"
This listing is for a Antique"WORLD School Pull Down Map that measures approximately 50" tall by 64" wide. There is a yellow discoloration along the bottom 4 1/2" of the map. The map itself is in good shape and the pull down action works great. This map is marked Special Ranally Political World Modified Sinusoidal Projection. We can't find a date on the map but from what the different countries are called we have narrowed it down to 1930's or 1940's we believe but not sure. There are a couple of pieces of tape on the left edge but it doesn't look like they are there because of rips. Please see pics closely for condition and ask any questions as this is sold as is.
