It needs a little more stripping and a good sanding. The upper shelf is supported by round columns with carved capitals. The lower shelf is supported by the same but taller columns and capitals. There is an oval mirror with bead work around the edges. There is applied carvings around the breast. It measures 82.25 inches tall by 66 wide. It is 11.5 inches deep. Featured in this auction is a lot of 17 Antique Art Deco Architectural Salvage Tiles from the famed Stockyard Inn. Chicago, Illinois. The tiles appear to be all hand painted from the inconsistencies in the pattern varying from tile to tile. Each tile measures 6" x 6" x 3/8" These tiles have only had a surface cleaning so still have mortar and glue on the sides and backs as in photos. However. I did clean the back of one and it turned out beautifully. The black. Burgundy, and cream pattern is really quite stunning and would make an exceptionally nice use for someone, someplace.
