ANTIQUE ART DECO BELGIUM TILES Cement Decorative Tiles imported. 84 square foot. They will look great in a kitchen or hall. In Europe they put hardwood flooring around them. Or surround them with e.g. yellow tiles same size, so this looks like a carpet. If you wax the tiles the colors will light up. You could even diamond polish them. Few chips off tiles and one is broken in two. I have a few spare ones that are also broken, that will be hardly noticeable once they lay on the floor. We imported them from Belgium thinking we need them in our new house. We ended up not building the house. Right now it is 84 square feet. But if the tiles are laid down there will be grout in between so that space can vary from 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch. I ONLY WANT TO SELL THE ENTIRE LOT

Set 4 Antique Villeroy & Boch Mettlach Art Deco Geometric Mosaic Ceramic Tiles
For your consideration is this group of 4 art deco tiles by Villeroy& Boch of Mettlach. Germany. They feature a unique incised mosaic geometric pattern that requires all 4 tiles to complete. Each one measures about 6 5/8" square and about 5/8" thick. The group of 4 then measures about 13 1/4" square. Each tile is signed on the back, impressed in the clay. My guess is these were likely floor tile and probably date to the 1920's or 30's. They do show some minor wear from normal use as you could imagine, but nothing that detracts from the overall impact of the strong geometric pattern. Each one also retains varying amounts of mortar residue on the back. Up for auction are three wonderful antique tiles. One manufacturer is noted: Boch Feres La Louviere; I am unable to determine the mfg. of other two because of the mortar on the backside. From cursory online research. I believe they are approximately 100 years old- but I am certainly no expert in this matter. They measure 6 inches square and are 1/4" thick. Glazed ceramic. Note that the two with the same pattern are slightly dissimilar colors of brown. These are great framed for trivets or kitchen decor propped on an easel; garden projects and outdoor projects. Featured in this auction is a lot of 17 Antique Art Deco Architectural Salvage Tiles from the famed Stockyard Inn. Chicago, Illinois. The tiles appear to be all hand painted from the inconsistencies in the pattern varying from tile to tile. Each tile measures 6" x 6" x 3/8" These tiles have only had a surface cleaning so still have mortar and glue on the sides and backs as in photos. However. I did clean the back of one and it turned out beautifully. The black. Burgundy, and cream pattern is really quite stunning and would make an exceptionally nice use for someone, someplace. This auction is for an Antique Art Deco 9 Cubist Tile Mural or Picture Majolica Panel Nouveau. Size: The Tiles measure 6” square. They are ¼” thick and have a white clay base. Condition: Overall excellent condition for being 100 years old. There is a small chip on the top right corner of the bottom right tile. There is a burst bubble in her hair. There is some wear on the high points around her left hand. There is a small chip at the bottom of her hair near her belt. There are a few other burst bubbles and a few other smaller than pin head nicks thought. It has clean even crazing. This is very hard to photograph. I never noticed how this sparkles in any light. It may look like there is damage where there is not. Please look at all the photos to judge condition. Please use the photos as part of the description. Maker: I do not know the ... moremaker. I have not examined the back of the tiles. Age: One side or the other of 1900. I purchased this 30 years ago and have had it hanging in my house ever since. It turns out that my wife really does not like it so it must go. This came out of a clothing store and was framed in the 50s. I have removed this from the frame that will not be included. It really deserves a proper matt and frame. This is currently mounted on a thin stable plywood panel measuring 22 ¼” square. I have not tried to remove the tiles. The white spots on the outside edge of the plywood panel are remnant of shims for the old matt. This is ready to reframe and enjoy. If you do not like this for any reason just send it back. 11 Pcs Subway Deco Robertson Antique Victorian Ceramic Art Tiles Neo Classical
Group of 11 antique neo classical ceramic art tiles made by the Robertson tile company of Morrisville Pennsylvania. Robertsons factory was right across the river from Trenton New Jersey.Home to the Trent tile company and providential tile works. Marked on the backs with a number 1901. That could be a model number or the year that they were produced. They each measure 1.5" x 6" x 0.5" thick A very nice project group with no major flaws. Only very small chips and nice,uniform,fine crazing. Very well matched. These will be shipped with a medium flat rate priority box. For those in the north east. If shipping is less, it will be refunded after check out. Unique Antique Art Deco Horse Knight Chess Piece Tile
This unique piece. I was told, was picked up out of a house in Dallas Texas that was close to White Rock Lake. It was during a remodel that this tile among many others were found under the floor. Vintage Lavender Glass Tile Art Deco Ribbed Star Antique 5 x 5 Industrial USA
This auction is for one antique ribbed lavender glass tile. Unique and rare. Raised star pattern on top of tile. Bottom has a ribbed pattern. More are available. Size is 5" x 5" Made in USA by Condie Neale Glass Company. 1930's art deco era. Overall thickness is 1/4" Perimeter border thickness before ribbing starts is 1/8" thick. Great decor for an industrial look. All are in very good vintage condition. There is a small line of clear epoxy glue along two edges of the back. see photos)some may have very minor nicks.
