4 Antique Victorian Era Wood Corbels Farm House Shabby White Orig Square Nails We just got back from a wonderful vacation out to Wyoming and South Dakota. Stayed at a fabulous B&B in South Dakota- made even more heaven by the fact that they also had an antique store on the property. I shopped in several other locations in both states and brought home some great primitives. Advertising, pottery, and all in all interesting finds. Before I left, I went to a new farm auction, and an estate auction- so I have a BUNCH of new items this week- I’ll be posting every day, so be sure to check back! I love these wonderful corbels. There's so many things you can do with them- from using them on/in your house. To making them shelf brackets, to decorative accents. They are original late 1800s farmhouse corbels, and they are awesome. Made from solid ... morewood, it's a matching set of 4, all with layers and layers of old white paint- thick with it, and it's shabby worn, crackled and chipped of in many spots. I left the old square iron nails just as I found them- they are sticking out of the wood, so you have to be careful when you remove them. Each corbel measures 10 3/16" by 6 1/4" and the wood is a solid 1 3/4" thick. Each one weighs a little over 1 lb. All are in excellent solid and sturdy condition except one, that is missing the very tip of the end of its short side- see photo 12 where I'm showing you the chipped one on the right and a non-chipped one on the left. It's missing the very curly up piece on the top- it's shallow, so it's really hard to notice. When you look at the photos of all 4 corbels together- it's always the one on the far right- see how hard it is to notice? I'm sorry for the foggy pictures- it's so steamy here right now, my camer lens keeps fogging up! Please supersize and look at all- they are rustic in appearance due to their shabby chipp[y paint, and they all need a good cleaning- some have spots of a grey substance that feels like plaster to me- see

TWO ANTIQUE VICTORIAN ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE WOOD CORBELS GINGERBREAD HOUSE TRIM
Here are two gorgeous examples of Victorian wood trim in beautiful condition. I am no expert on antiques or architectural salvage. But I did a little research and hope I am using the right terminology. These have been at my parents' home for years if not decades. I grew up in an old house in the 1960s and they may have intended to put them on it, but never did, so they've been safely inside all this time. It's time someone put them to use as shelf brackets, book ends, decorative trim or whatever you can dream up! They measure 14" x 12" and are about 1" wide. They are in very good solid condition with no rot or chips and beautifully jointed corners They even still have a couple of the original mounting nails stuck in them! I don't know what kind of wood they are, they look like oak to me, but again, I'm no ... moreexpert. The pictures are front and back of each, although they kind of all look the same. The item for sale is an antique architectural salvage wooden house decoration. This is in good solid condition with no rot normal overall wear cracked and flaking paint. Some dings, chips and minor separations. This has a chip near the end. This are being sold as is, as it was found in an estate barn cleanout. This measures 26 x 6 x 2 1/2 inches. That I removed from a Victorian house in Upstate New York. They are painted white, paint chipping and the wood is very solid. The four sides have the same designs. 2 Antique Matching Victorian House Chippy Painted Decorative Wood White Corbels Listed is a great pair of antique Victorian circa 1890's painted white corbels. I removed from a house in Central New York. The wood is very solid. There is some paint chipping and a very few nicks to the wood. The nails have been snipped off the backs. Each has a piece missing. One at the top and one on the side. these can be viewed in the pictures. Great size to use for a shelf or to display. Dimensions are 3 1/2" wide. Extend out 10" and 12 3/4" tall. Please scroll down under this description for additional views. A matching pair of 19th century corbels salvaged from a Victorian house. 16" high. 1 1/4" thick, 6 3/4" width on the top. These look like they may have been mounted at the top of porch columns or perhaps underneath a roof overhang. They both have the same broken spots at the top. The finish is weathered, worn and chippy white paint. Great as supports for a shallow shelf or on either side of a doorway. 1 1/2 pounds each. Two antique Wood Corbel Brackets Architectural House Salvage Painted Spindles
Two architectural wood pieces from the exterior of an old home. They have the original flaking. Peeling white paint on them and decorative spindles. There are nails still stuck in them, though I've bent them over be careful of sharp nails. On one, the attached spindle bracket is a little loose which may need nailed and glued. I have the missing decorative finial which you can attach. These are old so they look old and there will be debris in the box from dirt and chipped paint.
