Silver cherub Victorian purse Circa Late 1800's
This stunning solid 800 silver cherub purse and it's stamped"800" on the rim of the clasp. It has a beautifully knit exterior and satin interior lining are in excellent condition. As is the silver featuring full-figural putti, most playing instruments, along with beautiful floral and leaf designs. Each of the 16 links are solid cast and approximately 1/2" long with an additional 3/8" link connecting them. All hand-soldered. Wonderful construction and a fabulous purse. Large Antique Victorian Wood Corbels Late 1800's White Chippy Paint
Up for auction are theses 4 wonderful vintage corbels. They do have some damage where they were removed from the house that they were on, but in my opinion they are still in pretty good condition considering their age. They are painted white and the paint is loose and chipping off in spots. Take a look at the photos tried to get pictures of all the worst spots. These are good old corbels. Antique Late 1800's Corbel reclaimed architectural light green!
This stunning set of light green corbels were reclaimed from a Victorian house situated along the Ohio River. The home these came from was a frequent stop on the under ground railroad. Sadly the home was torn down but I was able to reclaim these architectural pieces. I painted the tops to look like marble and used them as wall sconces but the winning bidder can use them as they see fit. The light green color is original( with many layers of paint and some flaking) and the wood is in excellent condition given the age. All of the adjacent homes along the River were built around the same time. Between 1840 and 1880. These are ready to hang and can be painted to match any decor. Priced to sell.
