Nice Danish Mid Century Modern Walnut End Table Nightstand
Very beautiful pair of mid century modern walnut nightstands. Inside of each drawer is stamped"Genuine American Walnut Veneer. Each nightstand measures 22" tal. 21.5" wide, and 14" deep. Nightstands only have minor scratches in them that could be easily sanded out. All legs are sturdy and unscrew from the nightstands. Drawers are clean and have no damage to them. See pictures for details. Shipping will vary by buyer's location ranging from $100-200. Nightstands will be shipped via Greyhound. Legs will be taken off for shipping.

You are bidding on a beautiful mid century modern walnut cabinet. This is a beautiful piece with two sliding doors. We aquired this piece in an estate that we purchased so I do not know the age or the maker. The dimensions are 32" W x 15 1/2" D x 30 3/4" H. The piece in in great shape. The top does have a black mark on it looks like marker. It can probably be gotten off but I do not know enough about furniture to try it. There are also a few looks like water marks on the top but again minor and I am sure a good cleaning would fix. The back has a little discoloration but the structure of the piece is great and solid. This home had been closed up for years so it does need a good cleaning. Vintage, midcentury modern walnut low two-drawer nightstand or end table(commode" per its markings) It looks like it's likely ca. 1950s-60s, but I can't be certain. It's hardwood with walnut veneer; the legs are oak. Made by Dixie Furniture. Solid and sturdy. Dovetailed drawers. The photos were taken in relatively bright warm/daylight lighting- the grain is gorgeous. And warms and pops in the light. In less direct/cooler lighting, it'll appear less amber, less red. It's been refinished(chemically stripped. Stained with an oil-based stain and finished with a satin-finish(low-gloss) oil-based polyurethane. Condition: ... moreOverall. For it's age, it's in nice vintage condition with minor age-appropriate imperfections. By way of flaws: 1) On the top surface. Near the left edge, centerish, there's a small cluster of scratches(within a 1" square area) I didn't attempt to repair or remedy this flaw- I don't really think it's detractive(photo) 2) minor, superificial scratches and edge wear; 3) the smallest veneer chip along the bottom of one drawer, near center; and(4) this isn't necessarily a flaw, but a prior owner lined the bottom of the drawers with an atomic starburst paper(it's adhered) it's imperfect but charming and seems appropriate to the piece(I'm sure it could be removed with modest effort) Overall. Vintage Mid Century Modern Walnut Teak Pair Nightstands Dixie Danish Style
This is a beautiful pair of mid century modern nightstands. Made by Dixie. Both are in absolutely fantastic condition. There are a few very minor scuffs and some spots where the lacquer finish is starting to wear thin, but even this is nearly invisible after a quick wipe down with some furniture polish. I'm not sure what type of wood is used. I don't think it's teak, but it's beautiful. The drawers work perfectly, and are dovetailed, solid wood construction. Of course. These are approx 40- 55 years old, so it's natural they have SOME wear, but that being said, you'd never know it. Overall, I'd rate these at about 9 or 9.5 out of 10 for condition. Vintage Danish Modern Wall Unit 3 Bay Walnut Mid Century Shelves Desk
This is a vintage. Walnut, mid century modern free standing wall unit. It has 4"rails" so it can be customized to either work as a single"3 bay" setup, or by removing the center shelves, it can be split up into 2 seperate units. Though I don't see any makers marks on it, the aesthetic is scandinavian(danish) from the late 60's or early 70's. 2 of the shelves look like they have been repaired at some point in the past. But they work perfectly well, and depending on how the shelves are arranged, the repair can be hidden quite easily. Otherwise. It's just normal vintage wear. The walnut veneer is a natural one, not formica or anything synthetic, so there are some small dents, a couple misplaced screw holes, and a few spots where the walnut is chipped. Just some normal wear and tear. Structurally it's in ... moreexcellent shape. Overall I'd give this piece a 7 Or 7.5 out of 10 for condition. It measures approx 76" tall. I do not think the key that was with it is original to the cabinet but it does turn the latch and allow you lock and unlock the drawers.
