This is a beautiful pair of mid century modern end tables by Lane. They are made of solid walnut and oak and measure 21-5/8" wide x 20" tall x 28" deep(including the handle) They are in excellent condition for their age and the only issues that I see are some marks on the top of one table as seen in the photos and one drawer moves past its stop and needs a glide. But do have flaws.minor scattered scratches(these will clean-up just fine with some polish)and one table looks like it was refinished at some point, since it is slightly lighter in color than the other. Very hard to notice when they are inside(not in the sun! or when they are apart from each other.I didn't even notice until I had them outside for the photos. Very nice. HEAVY pair of Lane AltaVista, nightstands or tables. The pair feature black lacquered maple wood with brass trim. They have two large drawers on the front profile. The pair have rounded corners and are a nice combination of Mid Century Modern and Hollywood Regency. The pair are in nice condition with no structural issues. The lacquer has does have some scuffs and scratches as is common with this finish. These can be resolved with some black lacquer paint. The pair are marked on the backs and, according to their serial numbers, date to 1986. The nighstands measure 21" tall. 26" wide and 16" front to back.
