All of the original Foyer trim and face skirting is intact and present and was just enclosed with a wall(to the right of the first picture) Therefore we have all of the stair face trim as well as the original posts that have not been altered and are present as original. Two landings, built-in bench, second floor overlook and all trim. There is a built in bench on the face of the first landing, raised panel wainscot under the second tier of stairs and a very large and ornate skirt board face trim on the entire face(including second floor overlook) The entire staircase and all trim is quartersawn oak making this a very rare and one of a kind piece! The entire staircase has the original shellac(varnish) finish that has an absolutely beautiful patina. The staircase dimensions are 149 1/8" in length(including bench) x 103 3/4" width x 78 1/2" at ... moretop step and upper landing overlook. Architectural Salvage 75 Turned Wood Spindles with Old Peeling& Chipped Paint This is definitely a one of a kind listing- one lot of 75 small turned wooden spindles with chipped& peeling white paint. The paint on the spindles is old. Hard, cracked. On many of the spindles the paint is chipping off. Each spindle is 6 1/2" high. The spindles are like small columns with a square cap& base. The square part is about 1 3/8" by 1 3/8" depending on how much paint is on the wood. There are 4 rings in the column and a curved out part. The cylinder part of the column has a 7/8" diameter. I think these were part of the upper decoration on the gingerbread trim of a Victorian porch. But I am not sure. We removed these from an old Victorian house that we demolished last summer. There are 46 pieces total. The 11 smallest ones are 27" long total. The bases are 5 1/2" long and 2" square.
