Lot of 10 Vintage White Shabby Chic Style Architectural Baluster Stair Spindles
Purchased out of a barn behind the house that was holding an estate sale. You are bidding on 10 vintage baluster stair spindles. The contents of the house were being sold by the children of the family that lived there and they have no idea how the stair spindles got in the barn, how they were used or how old they are. As a result I can’t tell you much about them. If you look at the pictures you’ll get a good idea of the condition. I can tell you that there are 10 pieces all together. Eight of the pieces measure 22” long and two have been cut down to 21” in length. Of the two that were cut down. Both ends are in good condition. Of the 8 that are 22” long, one end on three of them shows some damage, which might be why two were cut down. Otherwise they are in nice shabby chic condition. There still are some nails in a few of them. I did not ... moretry to repair or refinish them. I leave that decision up to the winning bidder. I know that some people like the shabby chic of the look and don’t want anything done to them. The spindles are approximately 1 3/4” square at the base and top. 10 Vintage Turned Wood Jenny Lind Style Spindles Balusters Architectural Salvage
Up for auction are 10 Jenny Lind Style Turned Wood Spindles salvaged from an old Jenny Lind style bed frame. Two look a little different because I played with them a little first. Spindles measure 16" long x 1" diameter. And all have both end spokes except for one. There's 1 spindle that has a few notch chips and 1 spindle that is slightly bowed and has a few chips(please refer to last photo) Otherwise they look to be in great vintage condition. Lot of 10 Victorian Baluster Porch Spindle Wood 18x2.75" Turnings White Vintage
This sale includes 10 wooden(painted white with much paint loss and lots of chipping) Victorian spindles. Balusters, railing pieces. They measure 18" x 2 3/4" square. They are in vintage condition with some nail holes from where they had been affixed to the rest of the porch. Although the pictures might appear to be duplicates, I believe I took pictures of all 4 sides so you could get a handle on their overall condition. I also took 2 close ups of 5 at a time and a different perspective shot of all 10. I have 17 more of these balusters that I'll be selling after I see how these do(only 1 of those is in really rough shape) I will be listing other type balusters as well. None just like this(except the 17 I mentioned) If you buy other items from me, I will do my best to ship altogether and give you a break on the S&H.

There are 10 of these nice 32" long balusters. Usable for architecture, upcycling, whatever use you can think of. Ends are 1 5/8" sq. some chipping and one has a minor crack, but good cond. Have a stain finish, no varnish, easily sanded, painted, used. Have holes in end where they were attached by nails to railing, are used. See photos for all the details.
