40 victorian porch baluster spindles 2.75" x 20" antique full set FREE SHIPPING
We bought these spindles for the front porch of our house from an architectural hardware store. Unfortunately. After we got them home we realized that we need more like 60 of them, and the cost of having additional copies made is cost prohibitive. They are a very pretty, traditional design. They are in reasonably good shape for their age but will require some sanding and wood filler in spots. We are willing to ship however the buyer wants and will not charge extra for packing them. We estimate it will cost around $50, possibly less, to ship them.

Up for auction is a lot of 46 porch spindles/ balusters. They all have a matching design. These were salvaged from an old home. These are in good shape considering the age. No large cracks or missing pieces noted. The overall length is 31-1/4. The side dimensions vary from 1-3/8 to 1-1/2" The unturned section is 8-1/2" at each end. Not sure if these are pine or cedar. 2 Victorian Baluster Porch Spindles Wood White Turnings Vintage
This sale includes 2 wooden(painted white) Victorian spindles. Balusters, railing pieces. One measures 21 1/4" x 2 3/4" square; the other is a tad longer at approx. 21 3/4" x 2 3/4" square. They are in vintage condition with some nail holes from where they had been affixed to the rest of the porch AND a few small chunks missing and a split in the wood at the 2 3/4" end. There is some paint loss as well. Although the pictures might appear to be duplicates, I believe I took pictures of all 4 sides so you could get a handle on their overall condition. These have a slant cut at one end as you can see from my pictures. The cut isn't the same on both, probably to compensate for the minor height difference. I will be listing other balusters as well. Listed is a set of 2 beautiful. Circa 1903 antique wood porch baluster spindle railing pieces. We had the porch on our family home that was built in 1903 replaced and have 63 spindles available. The approx size of each is: 20.25" tall x 2" The paint is a chippy white. They could be used as a shabby decorative architectural piece as is or could be stripped and refinished.
