They are still in their original finish, some nails are still in place, very little if any damage to the wood from removal. Vintage Antique Industrial 6 ft Iron Handrail with Wall Brackets, Stair Rail
This solid all one piece antique handrail is all solid iron. The mount brackets are welded in place, it measures 71" long, the rail is 1 1/4" x 1/2" thick, the 3 wall mount flanges are 3" diameter and each have 3 screw holes to mount to a wall. Heavy and sturdy, all solid so it weight close to 20 lbs and will last a lifetime! Wonderful curl detail at each end, could be mounted on left or right, overall length covers 6 or 7 steps(at my house, but yours may vary) awesome industrial/ institutional design, the paint has perfect patina, aged white over a black layer- i think it looks great, but could easily be stripped or painted to suit your needs. Very hard to find as solid and durable as this, very desireable feature for any home. All payment methods accepted, comes from a smoke free home.

Antique Vintage Oak Newel Post Late 1800's Solid Oak 'Acorn' Finial #1
Here is a solid oak newel post that was removed from a home that was built in the 1880's. From the looks if it the original finish is still showing. 2 sides of it had railing(it was mid-way at the turn of the staircase) so there are spots where you can see the outlines of those pieces. In those same areas there are nail holes from mounting(see pics) This is one solid piece of wood that was turned, the finial is not a separate piece that was attached. There are a few nicks and scratches. As well as a few spots of wear on the corners of the post(see pics) but overall it's in great shape. The bottom is heavily notched, and there is still spots of over-paint on the post. See all photos for condition. Antique Vintage Hard Wood Balusters Stair Staircase Spindles Lot of 26 This is a lot of 26 hardwood antique stair balusters removed from a building in PA. I am also listing two newel posts that were removed from the same staircase. You can see them in my other auctions. There are 3 balusters that have flat bottoms as opposed to the slanted ones that were going up the staircase. They measure 30 5/8' There are 13 balusters with the slanted bottoms(shown in the middle) They measure 30¼' There are 10 slanted bottom ones(shown on the right) that measure 26 3/4' The'turned area' on ALL of the spindles measures 18' The tops are 1 3/4" square. Two of the flat ones have a piece gone at the tops from being removed from the railing. I have taken a photo of that section to show the wood grain so that it could possible ... morebe identified. Antique Vintage Victorian Wood Architectural Porch Railing Balustrade Fence 114"
This auction is for one(1) antique vintage victorian wooden architectural porch spindled fence rail balustrade. It was removed from our 1896 Victorian home as part of a remodeling project. I have no idea in what year this particular porch balustrade was installed on the house. Meaning no way for me to know whether it was an original or a replacement somewhere down the line. I only know the year the house was built, and that the rails were here when we bought it. It is 114 inches long. The top and bottom rails that are held together by the balusters are 3.5" wide. There are 14 spindles that make up the balustrade, with 6 13/16" gaps between each one. The squared-off portions of each spindle are 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" Each spindle/baluster is 26.5" tall. From the top of the top rail to the bottom of the bottom rail, the height ... moreof this piece is 29.5" I've also included pictures of the house when it was still installed before we removed it. All measuring approximately 27" long, to replace broken or missing balusters or to create a new, antique-look stairway or balcony. These balusters have just been removed from a 1900 row house in Yonkers. NY. They appear to be solid hardwood- most probably oak- and are all painted white, but have some chips in the paint. This will require either a light sanding and repainting or complete stripping to bare wood and refinishing. Some still have finishing nails, indicating their age may not be as far back as 1910, but all appear to be at least 50 years old, but with the exception of the paint surface, in very good condition. 5 Stair Spindle Balusters Antique Salvage Vintage Restoration Stained Finished
Remnants of a recent remodel- likely from when the house was built in 1925. Overall good shape. But have faced the wrath of at least one do-it-yourselfer. One base is missing, and the beveled tops are kind of beat up and/or split. Little white paint spots that should rub right off. Around 30-11/16" in length. Nails and orange shag carpet still attached included at no additional charge.

Three antique or vintage porch columns. Pillars or posts. These were salvaged from a home built in the early 1900's. I am not sure if they were original to the house. I believe that they are solid wood. They have been painted white but the paint is peeling. These are very large diameter columns. They measure about 27 inches around. They are 53 inches in height. They do need work. There is some splitting. One of the columns is missing a piece, I have the piece but it is not attached and is rotten. There are small amounts of rot on the columns but seem to be in fairly good condition overall. Unusual to find them in this size! This is for pickup in northwestern CT only. No shipping is available.
