Here is one rolling or sliding oak barn door, with great old iron rollers and track, this was in full operation on the barn, and we took them down, This is in as found wonderful condition with super nice old patina. Door is oak, and 66 inches wide and 70 inches tall, with the rollers its 75 inches altogether tall. This is the rage today, this would look great in your home. It comes with the door, rollers and the track is 16 ft. long. Ready to install, and the install is so easy, just measure on your wall where you want it, nail or screw the rail to the wall, and just lift up the door and set the rollers on the track and there you have it, if your handy with a hammer or drill, this can be done in 15- 30 minutes. A matching pair of Louden Roll Easy barn door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely. They are in very good working condition. I did have to change out the bearings on both of these and I used an industrial adhesive to reset the axel pin. So I would recommend these to be used on a small to medium sized interior door. The 6 1/2' and the 3 1/2' track pc are good and straight with all of the original wall brackets there and well connected, they were cut from the same 10' pc for economical shipping. A pair of FE Myers door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely. These rollers are in good working condition. They come with 4 good working bolts and square nuts. The 8' 8" track pc is good and straight with all the original wall brackets there and well connected. It comes with 18 square headed lag bolts or screws. These rollers were off a RR depot"highdock" It was a small offloading building for a train and its floor was around the same height as the floor of a boxcar so they could unload the boxcars easier. These rollers had so many coats of red paint on them that the lettering was hardly readable. So I stripped off most of the paint and carefully cleaned them up. A pair of antique myers stayon adjustable[pat May 28 01] tandem wheel door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 2 5/8" wheels turn freely. On one wheel on the front side of it one can see in the picture that it has a tiny"pc or fleck missing" I think that this was done in the original casting process. And the roller worked just fine for many a year like that and I see it to be no problem. These rollers are in very good working condition. All of the adjustment screws and nuts can be turned with ones fingers. They come with 6 good working bolts and square nuts to connect the"hanger plates" to the door. The track pc is 6' by 1 1/4" by 3/16" and it is good and straight with all of the wall brackets there and well connected. It was sandblasted and painted. Here is a very nice pair of vintage barn door rollers. Believe these were made by Louden. They were found in a barn and appear to have never been mounted. No markings around the screw holes. Nice matching pair of antique cast iron barn door rollers complete with 8 feet of track so these are read for use! these are bare cast iron which looks awesome but they could easily be painted to suit your project's needs. The wheels all turn freely. There is no damage or repairs, these are in great original condition and are fully functional, all the nuts move freely so these are full adjustable. They are marked Myers Stayon, made in Ashland Ohio and have" Pat. May 28 1901" Each measures 11 3/4" tall(though that is adjustable) and 7" wide. The wheels are 2 1/2" diameter. Here we have a very nice Antique“Myers” Barn Door Roller. It measures approx 12” high by 7” wide and will work on a flat track. The whole unit is made of cast iron and was manufactured in the early 1900’s. The roller is embossed“Myers– Stayon– Adjustable– Ashland. O. U. S. A. The roller is in as-found condition. antique louden barn door rollers with 18' of track
A set of 4 matching Louden Roll Easy brand barn door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely. All of these rollers are in good working condition. Some of the bearings were seized up. But I did some careful work to them to get them all working good. I did have to fix some"flat" spots on the wheels of the two rollers on the right hand side of the pictures. In our 5th picture it shows a close up of the two wheels that I worked on. I used an industrial adhesive and filler to fix the spots. Just looking it is very hard to see that they were even worked on. I would say that the worked on rollers should be used on small to medium sized interior doors[ up to 150 lbs] I have fixed 10 rollers with this adhesive and filler with no problems. I would warranty these" fixed" rollers for a year. The ... moredoor hanger straps are for a door 1 3/4" thick and the 8 bolts and square nuts work good. The 8' pc and 10' pc of louden brand track are both good and straight with all of the original wall brackets there and well connected. The wall brackets would hold the rail out 1 1/2" from the wall. THE TEN FOOT PC WOULD HAVE TO GET CUT FOR SHIPPING. I will not ship a 10' pc because it is too expensive. I can ship a nine foot pc if someone wants that. Six original door hanger nuts and bolts included. Track has a slight upward bow to support a heavy door. It is still in very good condition. No cracks or splits. Not cleaned. Has surface rust. This is an authentic antique sliding barn door. At one time functioning in my barn. Built in 1900. It has age marks, chippy blue paint on the handle, rust on the tracks, although this doesn't effect the rolling, and a very old hole cut into the bottom. The track is straight. Dimensions-82 1/2" H x 48 3/4" W x 2" Thick. The track is-94" long. The rollers are 10" H x 9 1/4" W x 2" D. The hole is 4" W x 5" H and could be covered with a thin veneer wood or left as is or the height may too tall for your opening and it would be cut after that point. PICK UP ONLY-Central NY area. Antique Heavy Duty Set Horseshoe Barn Door Rollers w/ 8' Track Blacksmith Nails
A very nice piece this is an antique set of two heavy duty barn door rollers complete with it's original 8' track and 13 blacksmith made nails we pulled out of the barn when we took everything down. It is complete and ready to install but some of the nails need straightened and the one roller wheel has a broken flange and it will need to be replaced. This is very simple to do. Drill or grind off the one rivet head I am pointing two and the wheel just slips out. You will need another similar 3" wheel to take its place, I would think a 3" pulley bought here on Ebay or at a home improvement store will work perfect. I am listing this as a 24 hour auction starting at half the price of the others here on Ebay. If it doesnt sell I am going to replace the $8 wheel and it will sell for much more. It doesnt matter what it looks like ... morebecause it will never be seen when the door is on the track. This was in a 120 year old barn that was recently torn down and while it has a rusty patina on the track, the doors at one time were painted red then white as those colors are on the rollers. The nails are very brittle so be gentle straightening them out. You set the price on this one as it goes to the last bidder! Starts at $150 and ships for only $30, may be a little more to the West Coast and the S.W. States. Sorry but I cant do Alaska or Hawaii. Please if there is a problem let me know. For sale we have a nice antique pair of"BIG 4" barn door Rollers and Track. The track is made up of one six foot cast iron piece and one three foot cast iron piece with the male& female puzzle knotches on each end of both. So the total track length measures slightly over 9 feet. Track is solid, rollers pivot and pulley wheels turn well. Replaced the one C.I. wheel in the one as the existing wheel had been cracked in the back of it. New C.I. wheel is 3-1/2" diameter while the Big 4 with the original wheel is only 3" diameter so when mounting on your door you will have to make the 1/2" adjustment. Nice rust patina throughout. A three ft and a four ft pc of track that fit together well[same brand] but the color is different. These pcs are good and straight with all of the original wall brackets there and well connected. a pair of louden"roll easy" brand barn door rollers that are in very good working condition. The roller wheel on the left has what I would call a very small casting flaw on the outer edge of the wheel. It just looks like it missing a small chip[ 1/8" by 1/8" and it does not affect the wheels performance in any way. Other than that they have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely like they should. They come with 4 original good working bolts and square nuts. The door hanger straps are for a door 1 3/4" thick. There are 2 pcs of louden brand track[ one 6' pc and one 8' pc] The 6' pc has a rail connector pc on the left end of it to connect it to the 8' pc. Both pcs of track are good and straight and both pcs come with all of the original cast steel wall brackets there and well connected. ... moreThe wall brackets hold the rail out 1 1/2" from the wall. The door otherwise has a light grey, faded paint on the front, seen under the horses. and on the back it has the original, unfinished frame wood with the vertical door boards painted in a vintage, medium to dark green color. The door is in great condition with the absolute strong integrity of a well built custom stall door. For your consideration is a nice antique pair of"BIG 4" barn door Rollers and Track. The track is made up of one Eight foot cast iron piece with the ends having a male& female puzzle knotch. Track is solid. Rollers pivot and pulley wheels turn well. Nice rust patina throughout. Track had been painted light grey at one time when they re-painted the Barn. This is the real thing not a modern reproduction! This is the last set that I have that was salvaged from a century old barn in Northeast Wisconsin. Elkhart Lake Area. Perfect for any restoration. Antique Adjustable Barn Door Roller Set/2 Lot Vintage Farm Track Work to Restore
From a local estate. Here is a pair of antique barn door rollers in"as-found" condition. Standard rollers for a track system, measuring about 9.5" top to bottom, wheels are 1 7/8" These are VERY dirty with dried, caked grease, they are complete and everything works, all hardware is free, the adjustment nuts are both loose. A set of antique myers ok stayon door rollers[ pat. May 28th 01] that has no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely. This set of rollers is in very good working condition. They come with 4 good working carriage bolts and square nuts. And lag bolts for the track. The 6' pc of myers brand track is good and straight with all of the original wall brackets there and they are well attached. The wall brackets would hold the track out 1 1/2" from the wall and the rail of the track measures 1 1/4" tall by 3/16" thick. I did carefully strip and clean and handpaint all of this to give it a new but yet somewhat old look.
