This is a grain bed off of a 1950 Ford that I turned into a display booth for selling at an antique shop. First photos shows it loaded up with items I was selling in downtown Kansas City. Offered are two. Never-used"Big 4" barn door rollers made by National Manufacturing of Sterling, Illinois. To be clear, these are not 100-year old antiques, and are likely of late 20th century manufacture. Each roller is about 10 inches long and 5-3/4 inches wide at the horseshoe-shaped part. The pulleys themselves are about 3-1/4 inch. These are pretty heavy-duty hangers and each weighs about 3-1/2 pounds. While the rollers were never used. They do have considerable paint loss and light corrosion in those areas. There is no damage or deformation anywhere in the metal. They are as perfectly functional as the day they were made. Up for bid is a variety pack of three(3) Barn Door Rollers. These industrial rural rollers are items I found together so decided not to look for the mates. But to offer them for sale. All three turn freely. Need cleaning and or oiling, and are quite different. First is a cannon ball type roller. This item is about 7" long. 1 3/4" wide and weighs around 1 1/2 pounds. Wheels are about 1 3/8" across(contact me if you need more precise measurements) This set is rusty with that rustic look. Has just part of the mounting hardware attached(see pictures) No chips or cracks. Second is a piece with a bit more mounting hardware attached. Wheel portion is about 7 1/8" long and 1" wide. Whole mechanism weighs around 3 pounds 6 ounces. The wheels are about 1/4" wide. This is a set of old Loudon barn door rollers which are marked Louden Roll Easy 1629 on one side and Fairfield Iowa on the other. These came from an old closed down store and I'm prety sure they are unused but have gotten wet at one time and have surface rust on them in places mostly on the barckets but could be repainted to look like new again. The wheels turn fine and measure approx 3-1/4" across and overall including the bracked approx. 10-3/4" long and the bracket would fit a 1-3/4" wide door. Up for auction is a pair of early 1900's cast iron Myers Stayon barn door rollers. Both rollers are good solid useable barn door rollers with no problems. They are in great shape with no cracks or repairs and both rollers turn smoothly. The raised cast lettering is sharp. Clear and easy to read. All the loose rust and old paint was removed leaving behind the beautifully aged cast iron. The hangers are solid all over with no rust through or thin spots. I do not know what style of hinge this is but it is unusual in appearance. I wiped the hinges off but did no other cleaning. So the will clean up more if desired. This one of 4 iron hinge lots I am listing today. Multiple hinge lots can be sent in the same Priority box for the same cost as one set. Vintage Antique 5 feet Track 2 Matching Barn Door Hanger Sliding Rollers Listed is a matching pair of interior/ barn door rollers. That slide on this flat track, which is 5 feet long. The angled support braces on the track extend down 3 inches. Rollers and track have surface rust. I did attempt to clean them. They are a great old pair of rollers and track is very sturdy. Each roller has a 4" cast diameter wheel. Dimensions of the rollers are 12" tall and 10" at the widest point. Both wheels turn freely. No chips or cracks. They will need to be cleaned.
