4 Antique/primitive cast/hammered iron barn door hinges
4 very cool" strap" type hinges. The longest being approx 19" and the shortest approx 15" The longest has what appears to be a piece broken off the end. A couple are slightly bent at the end. One has a bent old bolt still in it. Odds and ends that I don't have matches for, maybe you do: They are dirty, dusty, surface rusty to very pitted depending on the hinge, some being older than others I would guess. Fresh from the barn. Offered are two. Never-used"Big 4" barn door rollers made by National Manufacturing of Sterling, Illinois. To be clear, these are not 100-year old antiques, and are likely of late 20th century manufacture. Each roller is about 10 inches long and 5-3/4 inches wide at the horseshoe-shaped part. The pulleys themselves are about 3-1/4 inch. These are pretty heavy-duty hangers and each weighs about 3-1/2 pounds. While the rollers were never used. They do have considerable paint loss and light corrosion in those areas. There is no damage or deformation anywhere in the metal. They are as perfectly functional as the day they were made. In great refurbished condition these four barn door trolleys fit a standard old flat track(1 1/4" wide with about 1/8"+- thickness) Measurements are approximate but close. 11" overall height. Strap thickness is 1 5/8" clearance between strap where the door goes) would probably fit width of a 2x4(1 1/2" + a 3/4" board. Wheel diameter is 3 3/4" Expect some minor remaining signs of age and wear- they are fully functional. Well oiled and cleaned/restored. ANTIQUE DUEL 4 WHEEL WHEELS J TRACK? BARN DOOR TROLLEY ROLLERS HARDWARE We found this while cleaning an estate and have been hanging onto it because it is so cool. But we're cleaning out the shop and need to let some things go. This is one piece with 4 wheels. It could use a little degreaser and a little oil and be good as new. But the wheels turn just fine. The wheels are about 2 1/4" wide and have a 57 stamped on them. Overall it is about 7 5/8" long and about 4 3/4" top to bottom. The wheel"tread" is about 3/8" wide. There are no cracks or big bends that we can see. Please look over the photos and ask any questions prior to bidding/buying. Set of 4 old barn door strap hinges that were used for double doors. Each strap has 4 mounting holes and each hinge also has 4 mounting holes. Measurements are: Strap alone: 11½" long x 2¾" Length including strap and hinge: 12 ½" long. Hinge alone: 2 ½" x 5¼" Each hinge is sturdy iron or steel and weight is a little over 2 lb. apiece. In nice vintage solid condition- they measure approx. 10 1/4" high X 5 3/4" wide& are made for heavy doors- the rollers spin freely& come with the bolts& nuts attached, just the way I acquired them- marked"BIG 4" NATIONAL MFG. CO. STERLING, ILL. have a large letter P. tag on one is almost worn off. Shipping is $11 to lower 48 states.

Six original door hanger nuts and bolts included. Track has a slight upward bow to support a heavy door. It is still in very good condition. No cracks or splits. Not cleaned. Has surface rust. Recently removed from a working barn door. The rollers measure about 5 3/4" wide x about 10 1/4" tall. Wheels are about 3 1/2" in diameter. Track is 16 ft long two pieces: 10 ft and 6 ft. For sale we have a beautiful antique pair of"BIG 4" barn door Rollers and track. The track measures 8 feet in length. Track is straight and solid cast Iron. Rollers pivot and pulley wheels turn perfectly. Nice rust patina throughout. Track had been painted light grey at one time when they re-painted the Barn. Pulley's have three different colors showing Red. Black and the Green/Grey. This is the real thing not a modern reproduction! This was salvaged from a century old barn in Northeast Wisconsin. Here is a set of 4 antique barn door rollers. Most of the wheels are stuck and cannot spin and 2 of the center pieces are stuck and cannot bend. They are very old and rusty. And 1 of the 4 is missing the top screw. They are 10" tall, 7.5" wide(wheel to wheel) and the wheels have a 3" diameter. Two 4' pcs of 1 1/4" by 3/16" barn door track that are good and straight with all of the original wall brackets there and well connected. The wall brackets would hold the rail out one and one half inches from the wall. In the second picture you can see the cut ends put together. These pcs have a nicely rusted surface.
