Vintage Kidney Shaped Solid Oak Vanity Table. Original Finish.
Offered for your consideration is a kidney shaped vanity table with matching stool in natural wood finish. The vanity table has swing out arms to allow the drawer to open. The table was designed for a skirt. The extending arms have tack holes from such previous skirts. The vanity measures 31" wide x 18.5" deep x 29" high. The stool measures 21" wide x 13" deep x 13" high. It has the original finish. Is constructed of solid oak wood. Very nice as is or would be beautiful refinished. This is an antique oak princess vanity made by the West Michigan Furniture Co. I believe it may have been from the early 1930's. But not certain. I inherited it from my aunt who was an antique dealer. I am trying to downsize. This piece is in good condition for its age. The mirror is original and in good condition. Sorry that it is reflecting my yard-we have this stored in our air conditioned/ heated garage. If you need more pictures, let me know. I also can give dimensions if you like. Here for you today is a antique/vintage 3 drawer dresser that is missing the top. I think it to be oak but not 100% sure. This would make a great piece to make into a vanity. Or back into a dresser, what ever you choose. Has some issues that need addressing. Some of the joints on the drawers are loose. The outside walls of the dresser are pretty tight.
