The table features large drop leaves on each side that are supported by pull-out wooden braces that retract in when the leaves are down. There is one caster that is loose within the leg, which has a small break at the base. I am unsure of its age, but it is an antique table made of solid wood. The table is 29” tall, is 41.5” long, and is 20.5” wide, extending to 48.5" wide with the leaves up. It is a beautiful antique drop-leaf table that is small enough for a smaller condo dining area, but large enough to fit into an average size dining room as well.

The stand is in good condition considering it most likely dates to the first half of the ... more20th Century. It has dovetail joints, and one drawer at the top with a single shelf below. The stand has machine turned legs, and towel bars at the sides that attach to a custom shaped trim work that runs across the back. This trim work is at most 5" above the top of the stand. The top of the stand is 28.5" tall, 33" tall at the top of the raised towel bars, is 28.5" long across the back from bar to bar, and 18.75" wide front to back, including the trim. The bottom shelf has a small area at the far right front where it looks like the wood may have been broken and repaired, or at least cracked. I am unsure of the type of wood that the stand is made from, but it looks like Cherry to me.

For your consideration I have a beautiful antique vanity. I have owned this piece for the past 18 years and just adore it. However it just does not fit into the style of my current home and I can not see painting over such a nice piece of furniture to make it match. This piece is not in mint condition. It has wear and tear from 3 separate moves. The top portion needs some fine refinishing. This vanity has been refinished before by a professional. There are some scratches and some light chew marks on the edges on the top of the vanity from a past cat that I use to have. Original glass mirror. Piece is made of either solid pine or oak. Very bottom panel on right side under drawers is a little loose, although not at all to the point of falling off. That happened in the last move(sigh) I know how concerns are in Florida when buying furniture ... moreas far as termites& beatles go. This piece has NO infestation issues now or prior to my knowledge. I do not have a matching chair to this. Although I do have an older chair that could be refinished to match for any interested party. Back boarding on mirror side has rippled up some over the years from humidity. But is intact. Up for your consideration is this beautiful dresser. I am 60 yrs old. My mother purchased this dresser for me at an auction when I was 20. At the time when my mom bought it. The dresser was an antique. That tells me it is at least 60 years old. I think it is walnut wood. I also think it is veneer. Please understand that I am not a wood expert so I could be wrong. This is a tall dresser. Measuring 73 1/2" at the top of the mirror. The drawers are beautiful crotch mahogany. There are three locking drawers on the top, with working locks and a key. Below it there are two small drawers and three large drawers. The mirror is original glass, and is supported by an ornate wooden stand with beautiful curves. This is a beautiful piece. But it does have some damage. Missing a piece on the back left foot, so it will not sit straight unless it's up against a wall. Crack in the body of the piece. Left side. Crack in left side of drawer. Front of same drawer is missing a piece in the lower left corner. Also. There is a water ring on the top surface and several small nicks in the surface. Beautiful antique triple hinged mirror vanity and matching upholstered stool. This walnut vanity has been refinished and has all new hardware and wheels. Interior of drawers are very clean. Moveable triple mirrors have all been replaced and have no scratches. A few light scratches but in excellent condition over all. The vanity is approximately 46" wide by 67" high and 18" deep.
