The wood base is in overall good condition and structurally sound. The varnish and wood does have normal wear for its age. The pedestal legs have a detailed carved design and the center was hand spun on a lathe. Included are two newer marble tops that easily screw on. One measures 12" across and 1/2" thick. The other is 11" across and 3/4" thick with an inset. This one has a few dings on the underside along the outer edge. Nothing major. The finish is in good condition, commensurate with it's age with only the minor nicks and dents one would expect with respectful use over time. The three beautiful beveled mirrors are clear and in very good condition, free of cracks, chips or pitting. Antique Folkart Childs Toy Doll VICTORIAN EASTLAKE Dresser & Mirror 14 3/4" tall
This is a really nice piece. It measures only 14 3/4" tall, 7 1/2" across the widest, and 5 3/8" deep. There is handwriting in pencil on the back of the mirror, I cannot make it out, though. There are 2 drawers, and a real mirror, which shows some discoloration. On the right side of the mirror, it was either made this way, or the piece was broke off years ago, since it is stained. Antique Eastlake Victorian-style Wood Dresser
This is a great old dresser. It has nice wood grain. I'm not sure if it's oak. Cherry or walnut. Take a look at the pictures. There is a marble insert with the old-fashioned glove drawers on either side. The marble is undamaged. There are locks on all of the drawers. We have one key. The dresser is in very good. Pre-loved condition. The drawers have dovetailing and the drawer pulls appear to be original. There is no mirror. There is no mildew odor and the dresser is very clean. Here are the rough measurements. 38 1/2" wide- 18" deep- 381/2" tall from the floor to the top of the small drawers.

California 93510 Shipping Is Possible ~ Please Read Below For Your Consideration We Are Offering Our Lovely Antique Eastlake 1920's Walnut& Burl Dresser Vanity With Stationary Mirror ~ For Restoration/Repair This 1920's antique dresser/vanity is such a gorgeous piece of furniture ~ It measures 45" wide. Is 89" in height. 17" in depth and needs someone to care for& restore it ~ The Eastlake piece became part of our antique store inventory, when it was left buy a consignor. After it was damaged ~ The marble was broken. Some time ago, but the ornate top became unassembled and the end piece broken off. When it was attempted to be moved ~ We have housed(not stored) this beautiful piece. Since we closed the doors of our store ~ A recent move now has us having to find her a new home ~ The dresser/vanity ... moreis absolutely repairable. With all pieces present ~ It will need a new marble top. But is quite usable, with the one that exists The current marble is broken in two places ~ The right corner has been glued. So the actual top is in two pieces, not three ~ The damaged crown. Top piece, is removable(pic 3) ~ Dresser can be used without it. But it is not quite the same ~ The ornate point needs to be re-secured and the end re-fitted/repaired ~ The hardware is original. To the piece ~ all pulls are present ~ The drawers work fairly well. For their age ~ The silver(mirror) does show age. But still offers a nice reflection: This dresser/vanity is being offered in as-is. Used, but still sturdy.
