Pretty 4-Drawer Waterfall Dresser, Inlay, Bakelite, Carving, Needs A Little TLC!
Offering a 4-drawer Waterfall dresser. It is 51 inches high. 31 inches wide, and 18 inches deep. The drawers are 29 inches long, 15 inches wide and a generous 9 inches deep. Some lovely vintage details remain. Pretty inlay and carving, carmel Bakelite and brass knobs and handles. The middle drawer has modern handles. Unfortunately the metal broke but is included, along with the Bakelite pieces and the original screws. Not sure if they could be soldered or maybe a metal smith could help. The back piece is 31 inches long, 5 inches high. It is structurally solid, but the bottom drawer squeaks. It has seen better days. Veneer is lifted in a few places. It is scratched, has wring marks and is dry. But, a little TLC would bring out its character. Or it could be repurposed. Cash and carry only. miniature dresser. this is either a salesman sample from back in the day or my only other explanation a doll house dresser. It looks to be, to me. too big for that but i cant be sure. there is a circular stain top edge. but it only makes the piece more realistic. i dint do it. i bought it like that. seem to be from a perfume bottle i assume from the shape of the stain. i dare say, its an antique. i don't see nail marks i am not saying that it was not nailed together i am only saying that i don't see any nails.on the second tier of drawers there is a little discoloration from drawers open and close.questions or comments welcome.

Made by the Amish of Landcaster Co. in the late Federal Period of a very rare wood for Landcaster, CHERRY! 4 graduated drawers, from 5" to 8" Each has that Landcaster molding around each drawer and of course popular for the secondar y wood. Nice wide boards. Early type square nails, wide hand chamfered drawer bottoms, and hand dove tailing of course. Original knobs and key hole escutcheons. Beautiful Primitive Antique Unfinished Dovetail 4 Drawer Dresser
This is an absolutely beautiful antique 4 drawer dresser. It appears that the dresser has been prepped for restoration. The wood is bare except for some white brush strokes on the back(pictured) No oil. No lacquer, no wax to remove. The wood is solid and heavy! The drawers are hand dove tail construction. Locks on each drawer(as seen in photos) are the original key hole type locks. There is no key. This is a perfect restoration project! 3 of the 8 wood knobs are missing. Vintage or antique glass knobs would look fantastic! One drawer will need a small drawer ledge on the inside but all drawers fit nicely, no warping, no water staining. I've cleaned the top of this dresser to get an idea of the grain and it is beautiful. Perfect project for restoring the natural wood, chalk painting or simply a coat of linseed oil. Early 1900's Antique Genuine Mahogany 4 Drawer Dresser w/Locks & Skeleton Key
Gorgeous. Gorgeous, gorgeous! It has been in storage for over 30 years and was extremely dirty and dusty. It has a'Genuine Mahogany Association' sticker with the number 404 on it. We estimate it was made between 1900 and 1910 possibly. I've wiped it off somewhat but it still could use a professional and thorough cleaning. There are some markings, scuffs and scrapes as to be expected from age, storage, and use. Great dovetailed drawers with skeleton key locks on every drawer. Antique Art Deco Dresser 4 Drawer Dresser Ornate Design I refinished this piece about 20 years ago and have the before pictures for you. I always liked the beautiful wood grain that popped after refinishing it. It's time to downsize and have to let it go. The antique walnut dresser has 4 drawers with the top being the smallest. The top drawer has a beautiful carved applique on it. Take notice of the column style on the other bottom drawers. Very ornate design. All drawers have brass knobs and pulls. And all have the dove tail construction, and drawers open and close easily. It's in good. Sturdy shape for its' age, with minimal scratches around, nothing serious though. Measurements: 32" across x 17" deep x 44" high(with the wood wheels on) This is for pick up only. Or there are shippers out there. I bought out a antique store and this was among the items.This is a Antique 4 Drawer Dresser 38x34 1/2x18 1/2in.I dont know the age or maker.Im sure someone out there can tell me.It stands 34 1/2in tall-and 38in across.The top has some stains but the wood is in good condition.One of the pulls are broke.The price tag said $750.Let me know if im way off.I honestly dont know.
