Hope dale and North Milford(86) Upton Town Center shows the area of town that extends from Pratt’s Pond and High St down to Grove. Plain and Pleasant Sts. Every dwelling and point of interest is identified by name. Jordan Pond, Rawson Hill, Harlows Hill, Ward Hill, Green Hill, Prospect Hill and Sewall Hill. Shrewsbury Center shows the many dwellings. Buildings and other landmarks around the intersections of Main St, Worcester St(now Maple Ave) Grafton St, Boylston St, High St(now Prospect St) Park St, and Wesleyan St. Mountain View Cemetery was there, but not named and directly to the south of it stood the High School, the Congregational Church, a Pound, as well as a number of sheds. Between School St and Park(now called Church St) is a green with the Soldier’s Monument on it. Map condition: slight tanning along perimeter. Otherwise excellent.

1869 hand colored map of Fair Haven. Vermont taken from a damaged Beer's Atlas of Rutland County is in okay condition. The maps themselves are inside a 14" tall and 11" wide decorative edge. The page is 15 1/2" by 12" The whole page has turned ivory or tan with age. The paper is still flexible. I try to ship within 1 day of payment clearing or the weekend. I do combine shipping based on size and weight of the package. I am shipping priority mail so the maps can be shipped flat.

The atlas was published by L.J. Richards& CO. of Philadelphia in 1898. The maps are double paged. And measure 32” by 22” tall. They are printed on one side only, making them ideal for framing. The directory measures 18” by 22” tall. Condition: Very good to Excellent. Edges are somewhat toned and show some small chips and tears which do not extend into the actual map itself. The Athol map has a 2 ½” tear in the top margin. Barely visible now that it has been repaired with archival hinging tape. Printed on heavy somewhat ... moreglossy paper. The three maps are: 1.
