Czech Bohemian Turquoise Enamel Perfume Bottle
A gorgeous antique Bohemian turquoise glass perfume bottle. With a full display of enamel decoration of curly cues and flowers, all in and around an ornate beaded border somewhat reminiscent of a Persian palace. A delicate gilt trim highlights the beading and frames the pink curls in painstaking detail. The globe- or ball-shaped glass perfume bottle stands 4-1/4" high to the top of the collar. As to be expected. There is wear to the gilt trim and some of the enamel decoration. On close inspection, you'll note there apparently once were glass beads at the center of the three decorative side panels. My guess is that after the first one was damaged, the remaining two were removed to bring the bottle decoration back to a uniform look. Antique French Opaline Bristol Glass Enamel Perfume Bottle Decanters & Open Dish
This mid to late 19th century 3 piece vanity dresser set is either French Opaline or English Bristol Glass. The matching pair of perfume bottle decanters are elegantly topped with branch like stoppers. Both the stoppers and the bottoms are numbered. The accompanying open dish(also numbered) is hand painted with enamel flowers in the same motif as the perfume decanters. All have smooth pontil. The colors are in soft. Muted tones with gold accents. The perfume bottles measure 9 inches high with the open dish measuring 3 inches high and 2 3/4 inches in diameter. There are some condition issues to be noted. One of the branches on one bottle is broken as pictured and the other stopper has a slight break on one of the branches which is hardly noticeable. I don't think this detracts from the overall beauty of the decanters at all. But you can ... morejudge for yourself from the pictures. The gold rim is rubbed on the top of one of the decanters. There also seems to be some enamel loss on the rim around one of them. This is also pictured. There is some gilt rub on the open dish, as well. 3 1/4" inches from tip to bottom of this amazing edwardian antique guilloche perfume bottle with spring action sprayer on top is totally perfect and beautiful. guilloche is a particular style of enamel with a amazing ripple effect in the background. This perfume dispenser is an amazing color of peach pink salmon and has a decorative edging around it made into the brass body. I was only able to find one little teeny prick in the enamel which is on the rose right upper side a little teeny black blackspot. You probably will not be able to see this the only way you can see it is looking extremely closely as I do when I examine my product to make sure my customers are not mislead. Art Deco style Red Czechoslovakia Perfume Bottle w Enamel Decor w Dabber Stopper
This wonderful old Art Deco style perfume bottle stands 5 ½ inches tall when the long glass dabber/ stopper is in place. It is marked Czechoslovakia on the brass upper portion of the perfume bottle. The red glass bottom has a very graceful line that has a rounded top that slims down before rounding out to the 2 inch diameter bottom. The top area of the bottle is decorated in blue. Black and white enamel design with a thin black line at the top and a thick application of black at the bottom. There is a thick coating of brass that covers the top neck of the bottle in a bell shape around the neck opening. The long crystal stem of the dapper measures 5 inches long and the top is a large flat round button effect of red glass surrounded by the brass coating that edges the top of the dabber and extends downward as it meets the brass section ... moreof the bottle top. Here is a beautiful Victorian casket holding two blue cut glass bottles which look to be moser or baccarat with a polished base on the glass and heavy enamel hand painted flowers. the glass is in great condition. Its the casket that has seen better days. It has damage and is loose in spots but could be restored and painted again to look wonderful. Or do like I would do and leave it alone and admire it for what it has been through in the 130 years it has been around. The casket measures 5 inches tall and 4.5 tall. Antique French Perfume Bottle with Glass Insert, Blue Jewels, Enamel
Antique perfume bottle with blue and white enamel decoration and embedded with pretty blue crystals. The sides of the bottle have a lovely engraved floral pattern. There is a loop on the back. Presumably for attaching to a chatelaine? The bottle appears to be brass but I'm not really sure. The glass insert with dropper is fully intact and comes out of the bottle. The little stopper seems firmly fixed in the glass cylinder- I have not tried to remove the stopper because I did not want to risk breaking the glass insert. VINTAGE TEAL BLUE PANELED OR RIB DESIGN HAND PAINTED ENAMEL PERFUME BOTTLE
Listing this really pretty possibly antique or vintage teal blue hand painted enamel perfume bottle. This bottle has what I might call a paneled or rib design around the bottle. This design kind of gives it an optica effect on the inside. There are white enamel painted flowers with gold stems and leaves going all around it. On the top. I am not sure what type of metal it is but it could be pewter or silver. Please use your judgment and expertise on this. There is a clear glass or plastic stopper in this perfume bottle and I do not believe it goes with it. On the stopper and inside the lip of the metal part, there is some type of sticky substance that is holding this stopper inside the bottle. When you put it in the bottle, it does form a pretty tight fit. This bottle measures 4 1/4" tall and is approximately 9 1/2" around. There ... moreare no markings on this bottle so I do not know the age or glass type it is. Even with this stopper, it would make a striking appearance on your dresser, in your bathroom, etc. You could take the stopper out and put a few little silk flowers in it. It is a very nice color of blue. I do not see any chips or cracks anywhere, but there it looks like there are a couple of bubbles in the glass. The painted flowers/stems still look pretty good but a few of the stems& leaves(gold part) has rubbed off. The bottle could be a little dirty inside but I did not clean it out. Blue and pink enamel on all 4 sides.wheel cut notches on 2 sides with yellow glass beads in between the notches.6 3/4"tall Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or cracks. The lip has what looks like a natural chip from when the blowpipe was snapped from the lip. The chip was ground and top surface around the lip was highlighted with gold enamel. Shiny clean with no stain. The glass beads and enamel are all in good condition. These tear catchers were supposedly used by ... morewives and mothers of soldiers killed during the Civil War to catch their tears and then sprinkled on the grave as part of the mourning ritual.or to show a soldier returning home from the War the devotion and tears shed by his loved one.
