Antique French Opaline Bristol Glass Enamel Perfume Bottle Decanters & Open Dish
This mid to late 19th century 3 piece vanity dresser set is either French Opaline or English Bristol Glass. The matching pair of perfume bottle decanters are elegantly topped with branch like stoppers. Both the stoppers and the bottoms are numbered. The accompanying open dish(also numbered) is hand painted with enamel flowers in the same motif as the perfume decanters. All have smooth pontil. The colors are in soft. Muted tones with gold accents. The perfume bottles measure 9 inches high with the open dish measuring 3 inches high and 2 3/4 inches in diameter. There are some condition issues to be noted. One of the branches on one bottle is broken as pictured and the other stopper has a slight break on one of the branches which is hardly noticeable. I don't think this detracts from the overall beauty of the decanters at all. But you can ... morejudge for yourself from the pictures. The gold rim is rubbed on the top of one of the decanters. There also seems to be some enamel loss on the rim around one of them. This is also pictured. There is some gilt rub on the open dish, as well. This bottle has the most ornate French ormolu filigree in the form of scrolling vines and flowers. The crystal dauber is intact. With no chips or cracks observed. The bottle is marked on the bottom. Antique French Perfume Bottle with Glass Insert, Blue Jewels, Enamel
Antique perfume bottle with blue and white enamel decoration and embedded with pretty blue crystals. The sides of the bottle have a lovely engraved floral pattern. There is a loop on the back. Presumably for attaching to a chatelaine? The bottle appears to be brass but I'm not really sure. The glass insert with dropper is fully intact and comes out of the bottle. The little stopper seems firmly fixed in the glass cylinder- I have not tried to remove the stopper because I did not want to risk breaking the glass insert. Length is about 2.25 inches from the base to the top of the lid. Just over 1.5 inches across at the widest point. Stamped"Made in France" on the back. Free shipping within the USA.

Rare Antique 19th Century 1850-1899 French Cameo Perfume Scent Chatelaine Bottle

It's a beautiful rare French Chatelain Scent bottle with an elegant carved shell cameo. The item has pronged purple gemstones throughout including four on the front. One on the bottom and one on the lid. I believe the body to be gold gilt with a brass front. The sides have a lovely leaf scrolling pattern while the back has a repetitive diamond pattern. There is a chain that is supposed to attach from the body to the cap, but it has come loose. This would be very easy to reattach. The bottle does not have a vile. Measurements are roughly 3/4 in W x 2" 5/8 L. The bottle is in great vintage condition other than the detached chain and mild tarnishing. Please feel free to ask questions.

What a wonderful Christmas present this would make for that special person in your life! This is an antique trio of perfume bottles. Each with a faceted perfume dauber, tightly encased in a one of a kind gilted metallic caddy holder. The footed holder is 3 1/4" tall at top of the tallest flower and is nearly 4 1/2" across. The flowers are very ornate and everything is in perfect condition. The patina shows some age. there are no makers marks on the holder, that I can see. The bottles are 4 1/2" tall, each one has a faceted glass top with a glass dauber extending down into the bottle. The glass daubers each have a little soft roughness in the glass near the ends to ensure that a small amount of perfume clings to the glass when being removed to be used. On the bottom of each bottle, in a very light, fine white lined circle are ... morethe words"BOTTLE MADE IN GERMANY" in extremely tiny letters. Nearly faded out on one of the bottles but still legible on all three. NO cracks, chips, repairs, other than the tiny nick on a corner of one of the facets of one crystal stopper as noted in the above description. The only way to find it is to feel for the tiny nick. The color is a Beautiful Opaline Jade green sometimes reffered to as Apple Green or Green Apple. And it has an Elegant Pear or Gourd shape with applied ormolu fittings giving it the form of a small ewer. I am sure at one time this had a glass or metal stopper, but sadly it is long gone now. This highly sought after color was considered to be vy bold during the Victorian era. ID= AM146B Measuring 4 1/2" tall to the top of the metal hardware or 5 1/2" to the top of the ball an It is a deep Red color This is a beautiful and elegant antique perfume. It is thick cut cameo glass. An aquamarine blue to frosted clear. It is not marked on the bottle The silver plate top is stuck and I cannot unscrew it. I tried soaking it in hot water but all I managed to do is get some water inside the bottle and the top still will not budge. I am leaving it for fear of breaking the precious old glass base. The bottle is in good cosmetic condition. No chips or cracks. The silver late is not worn but does have some scratches. It belonged to Dick's great-grandmother who may have owned it in the late 1800's to early 1900's. There are no visible chips. Cracks, stains, mars, or rubs in the glass or frame. It is complete with original matching bottle and stopper(see pictures) It stands about 4" tall and is a little over 3" wide. The egg itself is about 3" tall and 1-3/4" in diameter.
