Unusual 32" inch tall Plush Teddy Bear in overcoat, dress, and boots...no labels
Nearly 3 feet tall 32" plush Bear in Christmas Tree Decor. Heavy snow/work boots with rubber soles and real laces. She has buttons for eyes. Great condition with removable overcoat and plush long dangling legs. Bear is plush all over and flexible. Long dangly legs. I can find no tag or manufacture indication on her at all.It all appears to be hand stitched. I DID find.a little lettering& number on the backside of the little ceramic yellow sewn on"JOY" star on her jacket that reads"D. Up for auction is a vintage solid cobalt blue wine glass/goblet. It is in excellent. Like new condition and I cannot find any scratches or chips anywhere on it. The heavy duty and very stout blue glass weighs approximately 7.2 ounces. The diameter across the top measures approximately 2 inches and the base is approximately 2 1/2 inches. The photos don't do this beautiful glass justice! I'm so sorry my camera was unable to capture the beautiful deep bluish-purple coloring that makes cobalt stand out! Mfg markings are on the bottom of vase(see closeup photo for these) No mfg box or packaging. This wonderful piece is made of pottery/ ceramic. And measures approximately 5" high. The exterior features a stylized floral motif in lovely bright colors, and the interior is a soft cream tone, with a warm beige tone at the top. Vase is in good basic condition, no unpleasant scents, but being vintage/ ... morepreviously owned, is not perfect. There is an area on one side that is scraped/chipped, with paint wear/ color loss, and also looks like my grandmother tried to put some color over this area. No other chips or cracks that I can see. This is a very rare@ 1900 art pottery tankard designed by Charles B. Upjohn. Of Weller fame. The creative details and molding are exquisite, with scenes all around including a castle, men on horseback, a forest, a nude for a handle, etc. Finished in a beautiful gloss green glaze. This impressive 17.5" tall tankard was the creation of C. B. Upjohn, who also designed the famous Dickensware sgraffito for Weller in 1896. He made this piece, either for Weller or for his own short-lived pottery@ 1904-5. This exact tankard is shown in the"Zanesville Art Pottery in Color" book, by Purviance and Schneider, listed under Zanesville potteries. Almost impossible to find undamaged. Antique STERLING Silver ALVIN MFG. Overlay Floral TALL glass 12 inch Vase Chased
This auction is for an Antique STERLING Silver& Glass Tall ALVIN Vase with the Old Alvin Mark 999/1000 FINE circa 1900. The vase measures approximately 12 inches in height. 4 3/4 inches across the top and just under 4 inches across the base with a weight of 919 grams. The 3 glass panels have a wonderful floral engraved pattern. The silver is also engraved with bows and garlands of flowers. The Vase displays beautifully; however. At some earlier date, the vase suffered a couple of chips to the glass in the foot of it's base- the chips did not damage the silver overlay(the silver is remarkably thick) and there are no cracks to the glass- I have since filled the chips with epoxy and put a felt bottom on so of course you can't see the repair. Vintage Capodimonte Swan's Double with Floral Design 10 1/2 Inch's tall Italy
Beautiful piece of Vintage Capodimonte it's 10 1/2 at it's tallest and 16 and 1/4 inch's at it's longest has one small chip on the leaf which wrap's around the neck going to the back side of it. sitting up front wards it's hard to see if it's been in the cabinet. It was a small nick that happen during a move. I hate it but it happen, it's been in my family over 20 plus years. It's the 2 swan's and has looks like floral you can add to it in the holders I have always just left it like it is for looks. Has made in Italy on the bottom and has the Original tag on it.
