I really don't know much about these things. But this is a really cool bullet style search light or spot light. The only thing printed on it is the name of the company: Portable Light Co. N.Y. U.S.A. No. 29. Hope that helps. It would be a front mount style. When you turn the manual knob. The light moves from left to right. It is heavy and well made. Chrome is in beautiful shiny condition. All parts seem to be there. Nothing looks to be missing. Bulb itself looks to have a"t" s" staggered insignia and then embossed on the bottom USA 32. Filament inside the bulb is still intact and not broken. I have not tested this. But does look to all be in working order. If anyone knows exactly what I have and would like to message me. Vintage Maritime Brass Ship Searchlight/ Spot Light Signed"Portable Light Co. New York Great Patina on this light giving it that nice nautical antique look. It could be polished and cleaned if desired. Condition- the glass lens is cracked across the center. I have not tested this light. I assume it needs new wiring. Its a really nice nautical industrial light. Comes as seen in the photos.
