Circa 1940 Ceiling Light, Nautical Design Glass Globe, Brass Ship Wheel Canopy
Circa 1940 ceiling light with nautical theme. The glass globe has raised decorations around the side- sailing ships. Anchors, and a lighthouse; the bottom of the globe has a 16-point compass rose. The figural brass canopy is a ship's wheel. This fixture is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks in the glass globe; the brass canopy shows some tarnish and wear consistent with age and use. This fixture is rewired with new phenolic sockets and wire leads. There is the original Harmony House decal on the inside of the canopy. The glass globe is 10 inches in diameter and about 4 1/2 inches deep. The drop. As shown, is 6 1/2 inches. This auction is for one very heavy Solid Brass Ship Light With A Glass Dome. It is an explosive proof light but it does not currently have any rubber seals in it. It is 8 1/2" tall. 6 3/4" deep and 4 1/2" wide. It weighs over 5 lbs. It has a receptacle that is designed to accept a twist-lock type bulb. I suppose it could be retrofitted for a different type of bulb. It has a brass cage that unscrews and a glass dome. The only markings on it is 60 W. It has part of a wire protruding from one side. Extremely Rare Brass 1928-34 Dee-Wite Red/Blue Boat Bow Light Glass Lens
A very rare near impossible to find Dee-Wite bow light from between 1928 to 1934. In very good solid non-restored condition with no damage. Made to hold a flag pole. Glass lens are near perfect except a tiny nibble on the blue lens that you cant see in the pictures. I believe originally this was nickle plated but all the nickle plate has been rubbed off. A few traces can still be seen here and there. There is no wiring and this is just the brass housing with red and blue lens. Measures 7 1/8 inches long at the base and stands 3 3/4 inches tall. This is a very unique Maritime item. It's brass light with 5 sided glass. They had filaments of green and red. Port and Starboard are on the light. As you can see the colors had brittle. I cant find any maker on the light. It is 13" tall and around 25" around from the thickest section 9" Diameter. A great piece to have. Needs a good cleaning and polish. Please see pictures.

Up for sale is a vintage Crouse-Hinds industrial/nautical cage light pendant lamp. It measures 20 inches long. Body diameter is 5 1/2 inches. Cord was not measured but appears to be well over 10 feet long. Glass is clean and free of chips or cracks. It is marked Crouse-Hinds along rim of the cage and along the glass. Cord is heavily frayed and metal has acquired a heavy patina. Piece was lightly cleaned before being photographed. You may wish to have it professionally cleaned or polished. Here is a BEAUTY of an old VINTAGE/ANTIQUE PERKO ship/ boat running light. This is an ORIGINAL BRONZE or Brass not sure very heavy 6 pounds. This is a HUGE 10 inch long x 5 1/2 wide x 5 inch tall ORIGINAL PERKO. This has a clear glass and the GLASS is in MINT CONDITION Has a really nice PURPLE TINT TO THE GLASS FROM YEARS OUT ON THE WATER. There are no cracks or chips in the glass. The Bronze has a few chrome specs remaining in a couple of spots and a couple of faint very minor spots-scratches. There is a mark on the rim photo 6 and there are a couple of foundry pour marked when it was made photo 7. Has polished up very nice. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE STUNNER OF A PIECE from a time gone by. This listing is for a vintage Perkins PERKO Marine boat Kerosene Lamp. Finding one in better condition than this one will be a challenge. The lamp is made of Galvanized metal and has a Brass Top/Finial and the Kerosene lights hardware is made of Brass. The Dark Green and red lens are made of Glass and are chip and damage free. The design of this lamp is different than most others. The inside hardware is accessible from the bottom of the lamp only. It has ingenious spring loaded tabs of each side. If you want to pull out the hardware you simply squeeze the tabs and pull the hardware out. As you can see from the photo's the Brass hardware is in excellent condition and includes what is probably the original wick.I think this lamp has spent most of it's life indoors. The outside Galvanized Metal is also in excellent condition. Nothing ... moreis loose. All corners etc very tight construction. The top finial piece with hanging loop is made of Brass. I did not clean this. Left the original patina. I did however clean the Brass Perkins/ Perko identification tag because I could not read what it says. Here we have a very large ship or boat lamp or lantern marked"Anchor" This estate found lantern is made from solid brass which has been lacquered. Although the lacquer is crazing from age. It still displays very nicely. The center cap in the top flips up and it also opens at the base of the top as well. There is an oil lamp inside that does have the wick. In the center there is a very thick ribbed glass lens that has no cracks. There is a brass anchor hook on the top and the bottom. No dents, nice vintage condition. Very large, the lamp itself measures an impressive 18 1/2" tall not including the anchor hooks at the top and bottom. Diameter is about 9 3/4" This sizable lamp displays nicely. VINTAGE PERKO BRASS/GLASS BOW LIGHT VINTAGE PERKO BOW LIGHT Up for sale is a nice estate find vintage Perko bow light for a boat/nautical vessel. It is made out of brass and has one side with green ribbed glass and the other side with red ribbed glass. There is also a divider made of brass that separates the two colors from view of passing ships on the high seas(sometimes seen missing or damaged on other lights) The brass has a nice patina from many decades of life. There is a decent size dent on the slightly-domed top(please see photos) The side of the light is marked with Perko's logo and company info. Being made in Brooklyn,NY. My guess as to age would be from around the 1930s or 40s. It could be even earlier-back into the 20s or so- but I'm not certain. The glass is in good condition. With no major breaks, cracks or scratches. ... morethere is normal wear consistent with age on both red and green glass(in the center particularly- please see photo) Also. Each of the red and green also have a very small chip in one of the thin ribs that runs laterally across the glass. Overall this is a really nice piece of maritime/nautical memorabilia, that could even possibly be used in a full-blown restoration of an old Chris-Craft or something. Here's a neat vintage item with red glass on one side and green on the other.no chips. I believe it is brass. see photos for a better condition insight. It is dented on back of lamp and missing one screw. it appears to be adjustable. I have not truly cleaned this item. The base is almost 4 1/2" in diameter and is stamped. I believe, SGJ. I'm not sure who that is or what year it was made although it is from an old estate. the height is about 7" at that angle. I don't know if it could be wired? Thanks for viewing!

NICE Old Antique Vintage 1930's 1940's Chris Craft Perko Brass Pole Glass Light. This is an originnal. Complete and unaltered pole and light. It measures 25 inches high. The diameter measures 3/8 inches. The diameter of the glass ball lens measures 1 1/2 inches. The glass has no cracks or chips. There is a bulb inside that has not been tested. I have not taken it a part. The original cloth cover wire extends from the bottom. There is no damage to the brass pole. I do not know exactly what this came off. It has its original patina and it looks nice. This is a nice opportunity if you can use it. Shipping in the U.S. lower 48 states is $8.85

2) Matching Afcolite fixtures with P.G. Co glass light bulb covers. Glass globes are in great condition without any chips. Cracks, or fleabites. Minimal scuffs. The globes screw into a aluminum fitting on a thicker metal mounting flange. Aluminum has some denting, but doesn't effect the globe attachment. Metal flange has some paint loss with surface rust. Easy to install. Each glass globe is approx. 6" entire light measures 7" Have not been tested. For safety purposes would recommend re-wiring.
