The brass could use cleaning and polishing as there's a lot of patina to the brass. The thin strip around the top and bottom of the light have some small slits. Maybe for fitting the brass around the body of the light. The light is also adjustable to be able to aim the light. The half label on the back is a Perko label. Heavy and well made. It has a GE bulb and I was told it works. The wiring is frayed and you should definitely have it checked out or rewired if you're planning on using it as a light though. See the pictures for more detail. It's a antique Perko flashlight boat light. Measures 14" tall. Would clamp onto any boat or dingy. The only damage is in pic#5. It has some cracking in thread area. So if you put batteries in it, it pops open because threads won't give a firm fit. No corrosion, and takes batteries. Lights nicely, see pic#10. Looks brass and tin. Vintage Boat Nautical Bow Light Glass Lenses Original Finish
This listing is for one bow light with green and red glass lenses in excellent original condition. To show how the light would look lit up. I took out the original bulb assembly and placed the housing over a Christmas bulb(not included. The original light bulb is a Mazda 6-8 volt. The socket is in working condition, just insert the two wires into the holes and tighten the set screws. The chrome finish is shiny with a few light scratches and overall looks new. The screws that hold the glass in are all original and all there. The original stainless steel mounting screws, washers and nuts are included. The glass says K S 900. It measures 6" front to back, 3 1/2" tall and 4" wide at the base. I do not know what kind of boat this came from, possibly Chris Craft? This would look great put back into service on a boat or in a nautical ... morebar setting.

Perko bow light off antique Chris Craft. Most likely 1940's or 1950's. Screw on design(no guts or bulbs) Green and red lenses are in perfect condition, chrome is a 7 out of 10(looks much better than in photos) Only a perfectionist would re-chrome this light. There is a 2mm x 4mm flake of chrome missing at very bottom of fin. Just needs a little polish, but in good to very-good condition. 2.5" diameter + 1" fin; 3.25" tall. Aspect is 33% chrome(front) 33% red lens and 33% green lens. Fin extends out from back-side. PERKO logo and imprint are completely legible and perfect. Made in Brooklyn, NY.

Vintage Marine Spot Light for Vintage Wooden Boat, Rat Bike, Chopper, All Brass
Offered is this vintage. All brass, nickel plated marine spot light. It is in very good vintage condition with no damage but with expected patina. It appears to be from the 1940's era. The entire unit appears to be nickel plated brass including: All brackets, clamps, nuts and bolts, housing, power cord sheathing, bezel etc. The only ferrous parts are the two tiny screws in the side of the housing and the central bolt that claps onto the spindle( no doubt non- original hardware) In addition to a vintage marine application, this light would easily convert to rat bike or chopper application with its single centrally located lower mounting point. The handle on the back detaches from the inside with two screws. The switch is a push-pull, plunger type. The cylindrical housing measures about 5 1/2" across and about 4 3/4" long. The ... morereflector is shiny and the lens is undamaged. I have not tested to see if it works, but it appears to be a very simple lamp utilizing an automotive-type bulb. Offered here as is. Antique Red Green Perko Boat Bow Light mounted on teak or maybe mahogany wood. We found this piece at a fine Florida estate and were told it came off a Chris Craft vessel. It does have holes on each end of the(teak/mahogany wood) as though it would mount to the bow of a boat. There are minor age cracks in wood on each end. Red& Green Fresnel lens on Perko light is not cracked or chipped. The guy we got this from said he removed it from the Chris Craft boat himself and said it did work when it was removed. This piece is all ONE Piece- the switch on top clicks fine but this Perko navigational light was not possible for us to test. Offered as is. Large- measuring about 23" across and sits about 8" high. The previous owner converted it to an indoor display light. The only two things we did were clean/inspect the glass lens and replacing the light cord. Which was defective. There is some corrosion and oxidation on the original three light sockets. The lens is intact with the exception of a crack near the new light bulb that was added. We are offering for your consideration a large antique ships lantern manufactured by A WARD HENDRICKSOM& CO. of Brooklyn NY. The lens is a beautiful cobalt blue. The lantern is large. 16 inches tall 10.5 inches deep and is 13 inches wide including the holders for the rope handle. The lid is solid brass and screws on and off well. The body of the lantern is hand soldered throughout, galvanized tin. It has been painted a bronze color a long time ago; it may well be original to the lantern. It is quite heavy weighing a little over 16 pounds. It has been electrified at one time and it does light well. There is one very small chip in the lens about 1/4 inch square.

Up for sale here we have a Vintage Nautical Maritime Boat Ship Light Lantern 21" Brass RARE Ocean Sea Coast. This lantern is absolutely awesome. It has a very nice patina as you can see. This is the real deal and it was used. Someone at some point of time made it electrical light. The glass has a few chips in the extremely thick glass. There is a couple small dents. But you can't hardly tell with the colors of the lantern. This lantern is unmarked. It is very solid and well made. The lantern measures approximately 21"x11" With the handle up it is about 23.5" in height. It weighs a heavy 17lbs 12oz. We assume since this is from the sea and very old that it is made of brass. You wont see too many of these up for sale(this size anyways) so bid while you can. We are selling this as a collectors piece and we didn't ... moreeven try to test the light.
