I bought too many new CollectA models recently and can’t accommodate everyone. So a few will be up for sale. These are approximately the same scale as Schleich horses, about 4 to 5 inches tall. CollectA models are made of hard rubber, not plastic. Sculpted by Deborah McDermott, they are very highly detailed and even have textured coats and completely sculpted hooves. The stunning Akhal-Teke is bright. Metallic perlino with blue eyes. He really stands out on the shelf. He has a 5mm hairline rub through the white paint on the left front sock. Many CollectAs have a few little paint rubs like this. Other than that I don’t see any obvious flaws. He stands very firmly with no tipping or wobbling. The Andalusian is what I would consider body or shelf quality with a rather sloppily painted mane and some small paint rubs throughout the model. He also ... morestands firmly and is very handsome despite his imperfections. The silver Fjord stallion has a rubbed area on the right hindquarter. I do not show my models; therefore.
