In very good condition for it's age, no cracks or chips or anything to mar it's original beauty. This was purchased in the late 1960s in New Mexico. Almost 4 inches long. Total weight is 54.7grams. Sturdy gold wires suport a double hoop of diamonds and pearls. With smaller pearls and emeralds dangling in clusters below each hoop. Here is an antique. Authentic and traditional MAKAH/ NOOTKA Basket from the 1935 range(1925-1940) which is in Excellent condition for age. The design includes four geometric S shapes and fine looking bands of green and orange, as well as a red and yellow star or sunburst type pattern on the lid. The weave is very fine at about 16 wefts per inch. There are NO missing or broken weaves/wefts within the inside or outside of the basket and the rim is in excellent condition. There is one small hole on the bottom edge which is not visible when displayed and not noticeable unless closely inspected(see last pic w/finger pointing) A great looking an collectible piece of Native America! Up for bid this awesome ancient corrugated southwestern Fremont Indian coil form pottery gathering storage utilitarian pot.Measuring aprox. 4 1/2 inches tall and 6 1/4 inches wide with a 4 1/2 inch mouth opening, I believe this one was for gathering, because of the piece on the side as shown in photos would have been for some type of handle, some of it is broken off and the other one on the other side is gone but you can see where it once was attached, It does have issues as shown and has been repaired but appears to be very solid repair.It has some fantastic unworn detail, of corrugated coils, almost a ruffle pattern, it is outstanding! It was made by the Fremont Indians, which resided from 750 A.D. to 1300 A.D. when they like the Anasazi Indians just up and left in what appeard, to be a hurry! these people were scattered groups of hunters ... moreand farmers, the Fremont's had unique traits that would distinguish them from other groups in unique ways, they had a particular way of making baskets using a one-Rod-and bundle basketry construction style it was very unique and different from the Anasazi group, Second they had a unique"Fremont" moccasin style constructed from the hock of deer or mountain sheep, they were very different from Anasazi, and the last and most major artifact category trait that made them different is the thin gray, coil pottery, which is most often used to identify archaeological sites as Fremont. The pottery is not very different from that made by other southwestern groups, nor are it's vessel forms and designs distinct- what distinguishes Fremont pottery from other ceramic types is the material from which it is constructed, variations in temper, the granular rock or sand added to wet clay to insure even drying and to prevent cracking,have been used to identify Fremont types.it is a very thin pottery and different from others which are much thicker, and they are also known for there coil and corrugated or pinched style, this one along with most are found in caves. Antique Native American Indian Silver Bracelet - SIGNED
Wonderful Antique Silver Bracelet with an inlaid design of a Zuni dancer. The image is a large white mother of pearl background with an inlaid design using other stone materials including turquoise and black onyx. The figure is dressed in moccasins and traditional outfit except that it has a rabbit head and it is holding an animal head figure and a plant. The bracelet is solid silver(a lot of silver) and SIGNED on the back with a series of hammer taps that spell out"R.B. and another a word that I can not read(see last photo) It is in excellent condition except that above the left ear of the rabbit there is a mark that may be a crack. I know very little about native american items so will describe this the best I can and have included lots of pics. So what I think we have here is an antique Native American pouch. Not sure if this was for medicine or tobacco or what have you but it does appear to be some sort of leather pouch. It also has beautiful beadwork in black. Blue and white colors. The entire pouch measures about 6.25" long by 5" wide. The beadwork measures about 4 5/8" long by 3.25" wide. The beadwork is simply sewed on but just a few threads at the top and top left edges. It appears to be in fairly good shape with general wear to the leather and then less wear to the beadwork, just as pictured. I had a friend suggest this might be Sioux in origin but I personally have no idea. I clean out house for a living and i found this in the basement of a old house You can tell it was hand woven Circa 1900 it measures 60 inches wide and 77 inches long. the blanket or rug does need to be cleaned. Winking Antique Fiber Seminole Doll Native American Indian
This is my favorite Seminole doll of my collection. She has the best face with a stitched crooked mouth. A winking eye framed with black yarn hair, plus a sweet little sculpted fiber nose. The doll is made from palm frond fiber which is very traditional to the Seminole Indians. Dressed in bright but faded colored fabric, the woman who made this doll dressed her in the likeness of herself and the other Seminole women she knew. The flowing top and skirt kept a Seminole woman cooler with the air circulating around rather than if the clothing was tight to the body. This doll is in great condition for her age- her arms are even still in place. On the bottom of the fiber body, you can read the print of an old box. Antique Victorian Glass Beaded Cuff Bracelet, Poss Plains Indian/Native American
Up for auction is a very interesting item. Very unique. It came from the an estate here in North Texas, it had belonged to the great grandmother of the woman. The glass beads do date to pre 1900. As shown in the photos the beads are uneven and some soiled. There are 3 bands of smaller white beads with four blood red diamonds with a white bead in the center. Al the beading appears to be hand done, no loom. The beads are connected with thread. There is no damage or missing beads, there is dirt, I did not attempt to clean this super old item.

Pendant consisting of 2 antique lower Tiger canines/fangs. These real Tiger teeth are set in silver within the last 10 years. Silver on tips set with 2 red. Clear, facetted stones, possibly ruby, but unknown; silver in center set with 1 large, clear, round, facetted, very beautiful stone, of purple/blue color, possibly Tanzanite, but unknown. Pendant measures 3.25" from tip to tip. Second, similar pendant, slightly larger, upper canines/fangs/teeth, from same scull, sold seperatetly, but traditionally worn in set, as in picture.

Estate found, this is a Lukinow Indian Raj silver last half of the 19th century,repousse silver scenic cup. the work is different as it goes all around the cup, lots of trees, people carrying things, man with gun, house, its all here,the Lukinow silver pieces are amazing with detail and interest. the piece is unmarked but tests sterling silver,measures 4 1/4 inches high and 2 3/4 inches across. as with age it is not a perfect circle on top, but no cracks or chips and the detail of the work is amazing there is a chimp in the ree pulling down a banana; man with baskets on their head, a man swimming in the lake, 4 men carrying on poles a large box of some kind, lots of trees of all kinds,a man with an early rifle over his shoulder and an interesting house, i am not sure of the story this cup tells ... morebut it is amazing work with no seams at all. anyway that is the story, it is a heavy piece and weighs 5.6 troy oz. email any questions you may have, and check out Lukinow silver, it is truly amazing work and this is one of the finest and most detailed pieces i have ever seen. we accept paypal only.thanks for looking Posted with
