This is a wood oval beveled glass entry door. I measures 31 3/4" x 78 1/2" x 1 3/4" It has a 1 1/4" oval beveled glass window. It is painted on the exterior side and has never been stained or painted on the interior. It is in good overall condition with typical dings for its age. It does not come with hardware. The hardware is being sold in a separate auction. The door was originally set installed with surface hinges and has a right hand swing. I also have a second matching door that has some condition problems. If you are interested in the second door. I would sell it for $150.00 plus s&h for it. The door has a solid pine core covered with 1/16" thick, birch veneers, and has an impressive arrangement of 15, true-divided, beveled glass lites. When most people hear"pine" they think of a cheap. Weak, and soft wood. New pine hewn from 10- 20 year old trees doesn't have the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant qualities that old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old has. Old pine is also much harder and stronger than young pine. Also. Please don't think that"veneer" means inferior quality. Unlike the paper-thin veneers used on modern doors and furniture. These veneers are 1/16" thick and provide ... morestrength and stability to the door. Hardware: The door is not equipped with any hardware. However. If you would like to refinish the door, filling in the empty spots with veneer that would match the existing, surrounding veneer will be more challenging, and more costly. Antique Gothic Glass Panel Church Doors Offered here is this Antique Double Gothic Church Door with vintage glass panels. This door came from a small town in South/Central Texas and was a salvaged purchase. It is Gothic to Renaissance in style and will need to be refurbished since the wood has some scratches. Nicks and miscellaneous small repairs on them. The glass looks to be 1940’s or older with four panels replaced by a different style of glass. These four replaced pieces of glass panels have a starburst/snowflake type pattern while the remainder has a mottled goose-bump style. There are 30 glass panels in total on the two doors. It measures: 68”W x 7’T. A finish carpenter would have to make them conform to your city’s code ordinances as well as bring out the true beauty of these unique doors. I do not know for sure what the wood is made ... moreof. But most likely its mahogany. With a little elbow grease these doors could be brought back to their former glory and history. What a great statement these doors would make in someone’s home, garden, guest room or office. Originally cost us $1200. But reduced price for the finish work that needs to be done. I have a set of vintage. Real wood doors with hand blown glass panels. They are from the early 1900's and originally came from a house in the Tacoma area. While the wood has normal wear on them, they remain in good condition and were recently used as office doors. There is one small crack in one panel of the glass. All the hardware is original. Doors are approximately 29 3/4' x 79 1/2' These doors are much to pretty to sit in my garage! They deserve to be the centerpiece of their new home. Local pick up only. The surrounding wood is in great condition w/ an original mahogany stain.There is some scuffing and superficial discoloring at the bottom of the doors. The doors measure 30" x 80" w/ a 5.5" wood frame around the leaded glass centers. The doors came from an estate on the Detroit River that was being torn down in the early 1980's. Penn Antique Restoration. 30"x 80" Antique Exterior Pine Door w/ 3 Raised Panels& Wavy Glass Lite. Up for sale is a lovely, antique. Exterior door salvaged from an old home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The door is made of solid Pine and features 3 raised panels and 1 wavy glass lite. When most people hear"pine" they think of a cheap. Weak, soft wood. New pine hewn from 10- 20 year old trees don't have the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant qualities that old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old have. Old pine is also much harder and stronger than young pine. This door was originally part of a set of double doors. There are mortises for strike plates. No cuts were made for a lock set. Hardware: The door is not equipped with any hardware. However. We have a good selection of period ... morehardware to outfit the door(check out our eBay store) If you would like any of the hardware holes patched with a solid block of wood. Please email us for a quote. Condition: On the exterior side of the door. There is a crack in the top of the lock stile; there is a break in the bottom of the lock stile; and the edge of the lock stile and the top and bottom of the hinge stile are chipped. On the interior side of the door. The top hinge mortise, the top and bottom of the hinge stile and the bottom and edge of the lock stile are chipped. Otherwise. This door is in very good shape with only surface scrapes, scratches, small nail holes-minor cosmetic blemishes, which would be removed during the finishing process or covered if painted. Quirks& Considerations: The height of the door was unevenly cut by 1/4" at some point. Most likely to accommodate an old warped floor or settling foundation. Penn Antique Restoration. 48"x107" Antique Victorian Double Entry Doors w/Windows& Panels. Fantastic pair of antique double doors salvaged from an old Victorian home in Philadelphia. PA. Each door is made of solid pine, and has 2 windows with a recessed panel underneath. On the exterior side, the upper windows have stepped ledges directly above, and the lower windows have stepped ledges directly below. Each window and panel is countered with lovely. Bead and reel molding on the exterior side. On the interior side, both panels, and only one of the taller windows has the decorative molding. The other tall window only has 3 pieces, and neither of the upper windows have any. Unfortunately, we are not able to reproduce this molding, but we could replace the partial moldings around the taller windows, and add the same molding that ... morewe make, to the upper windows-email us for a quote. Of the 4 windows. Only one of the taller windows has glass. The glass that remains is old and wavy. We could cut 3 more wavy pieces from our collection of old windows, or we could order and install whatever glass you like: beveled, textured, frosted, tempered, etc. Email us for a quote. Restoration: At the point of salvage. The doors were covered under numerous coats of paint(See"Prior to restoration" photos) Since then, we stripped and sanded them to the bare wood.
