Pair of Antique Leaded Glass Cabinet Doors. Includes All Hardware.
You are looking at a pair of antique pine leaded glass cabinet doors. They are not painted. They have their original finish on them. They are in good condition. There are a few minor scratches in the finish as you can see in the pics, but nothing major at all. The glass is sturdy and there are no breaks. There are 31 pieces of flat glass in each door. This pair includes round knobs(not sure if brass or steel) It also includes hinges. The pair measures 39 3/8" wide by 40" one is 39 5/8" tall, someone cut it down a hair)tall by 3/4" thick, together. Double doors salvaged from an old home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The doors are made of solid poplar and are finished on both sides. Each door has a Victorian style arrangement of 5 raised panels. Notice the lovely, chamfered edges with lark's tongue detail on the sides of the panels and the beautiful, stepped molding at the top and bottom of each panel-what wonderful accents! 4 solid wood 5 panel vintage doors with original hardware and knobs.They came from a historical home in Wagoner. Oklahoma. All are in good condition and could be refinished. Are joined together to make a room divider but come apart easily. Two measure 79 1/2" tall and 32" wide, One measures 78 3/4" tall and 31 3/4" wide and One measures 79 1/2" tall and 23" wide. The smallest door is a swinging door. It does have a cut out at the bottom where the hardware was to attach it to the floor. It also has a hole in the top edge of the door for the pin that held the top in place. It is missing it's hardware accept the doorknob plate. One pair of sliding antique pocket doors that came out of a very old house. There are rollers on the top of the doors. But one roller snapped off in transit and one is bent. There are 4 rollers included with the doors, 2 for each door. The doors are old and have great character and charm. They just don't make doors like this any more. They will need just a little TLC to bring them back to their beautiful glory. I'm not sure what type of wood they are made of, but I don't think it is oak- maybe mahogany. They are very heavy doors. These are raised 5 panel doors meant to be used as a pair for a wide doorway/opening. One door is 30 3/4" wide by 83 1/2" high by 1 3/4" thick. VINTAGE SOLID WOOD FRENCH DOORS C1920s ORIGINAL BRASS HARDWARE 60" x 81-1/2"
VINTAGE SOLID HARDWOOD FRENCH DOORS SIZE: 60" X 81-1/2" ORIGINAL BRASS HARDWARE Offered are a pair of vintage solid hardwood French doors circa 1920s being sold as is. I believe these may be Walnut. But I am not a wood expert. This set measures approximately 60" x 81-1/2" The door thickness is approximately 1-3/4" Each door weighs approximately 52 pounds. All of the original brass hardware is included but the hinges are missing. I have taken photos of the both the fronts and backs of these beautiful doors as well as some pictures at different angles. Pictures of the hardware is also included. As you can see from the pictures. EACH French door has four rows of 3 glass window panes across, or 12 glass window panes- none of the panes are cracked or broken. Each glass pane measures approximately 5" wide by 13-3/4" ... morelong. The measurement from the bottom of the door to the trim of the lowest row of glass is approximately 16-1/4" All of the original brass hardware is included, and photos include pictures of the door knobs, striker plate, and the mortise locking mechanisms. The varnish on the doors does show signs of crazing, which is to be expected for the age of these doors. In my opinion, this is a very beautiful set of French doors. Here is a pair of nice old pine cabinet doors that were removed from a home that was built in the 1920's. Based on the rest of the trim in the home. These are most likely made of yellow pine. They have raised panels with what looks to be the original shellac/varnish on them, the finish is crackled as that finish tends to do as it ages. They are made to close in sequence and overlap in the center. The original solid brass hardware is included: knobs hinges and catch(there is only one catch) There are some nicks. Dings and dents but no major damage. Some of the hardware will be removed for shipping purposes, local pickup is also welcomed.
