We don't have any old glass this size, however, we could order a new glass lite(i.e. beveled. Tempered, leaded, stained, etc. and install it- email us for a quote. This is an Antique Oak Entry Door. Refinished, with 10 CLEAR Glass Panes in Beautiful Condition! This is the o riginal entry door salvaged from our lovely home built in 1939. It has a 10 original clear glass panes(I realize in the p hotos they look white. But its because the door is leaning against the white shed. which are contoured by oak molding on both the front and back sides of the door. Hardware: The door is equipped with the original hardware. Penn Antique Restoration. 31.5"x79.5"x1.75" Antique French Swinging Door w/10 Windows. Elegant. Antique, French, interior door salvaged from an old home in Northeastern Ohio. The door is made of solid pine, and has a less common arrangement of 10 windows. 1 lite is missing; 1 is made of Plexiglass and is broken; and 8 of the lites are intact, original, wavy glass. We could replace the broken lite and add a lite in the empty window with 2 pieces custom cut from our collection of old glass for $25. Hardware: The door is equipped with a spring-loaded. Double-action hinge and 1 hinge cover. However, it's missing the other cover, 2 push plates, and pivot hinge for the top of the door. The door doesn't have a lock. And you could enter and exit a room by simply pushing the door. The door's spring-loaded hinge allows the ... moredoor to swing back and forth. Doors like this are usually installed between a kitchen and dining room. If you would like to use the door as a traditional. Each door is made of some type of hardwood, possibly birch, but I can't tell for certain until a good amount of the paint could be removed. Both doors have a beautiful arrangement of 8, true-divided, beveled glass lites. The doors were previously used as a"swinging doors. which meant that they had spring-loaded, pivot hinges installed in their bottom corners, and swung both ... moreforward and backward like a saloon style door. The doors no longer have their pivot hinges or push plates. However, just because they were used as a swinging doors, doesn't mean that you have to. We could cut off the rounded sides and trim the doors to 31" or 30"W, or we could cut and then add to the sides to widen to 32" or wider. We could also cut the height of the door to just above of the area where the hinge was installed(which would make each door 78 1/2" Or if you need the height or need it taller, we could plug the mortised area and even add to it. The hinges are not a complete set. One is missing one half. The glass knobs are very stricking. They are a complete set of knobs with one on each side of the door. The paint is in vintage shape for its age. You will see some scuffs and scrapes on the one side and the other has the bottom four panels down a different color. The doors are made of solid heart pine, and each door has 5 raised panels on both sides. Please note that heartpine is the non-living. Core of a pine tree, and not the soft, outer, living sap-wood. Since it takes 30 years for a pine tree to develop just 1" of heart stock it is rarer.
