Pocket doors salvaged from a historic home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Each door has a solid cherry core with 1/4" oak veneers on one side and 1/4" cherry veneers on the other, has 3 panels(1 recessed& 2 raised) and 2 long etched glass lites. Unfortunately. One of the etched glass lites is broken. I do not think that it could be replaced, but we could order a new glass lite(i.e. beveled. Tempered, leaded, stained, etc. and install it- email us for a quote. Hardware: The doors are currently not equipped with any hardware. However. 104" tall 36" wide 3.5" thick. all original and in good shape. There are a few scratches but nothing that won't polish. Original pulls and locks. One lock works freely and the other works but is stiff. Lower rollers are still attached uppers are missing. Large Antique Wooden Victorian Pocket Door with Hardware
Up I have this beautiful old pocket door from an old shore Victorian house. I had bought it recently at a moving sale. The woman had two. One was painted brown and this one was clearly on it's way to being refinished as it looks as if is was stripped. It measures 82"t x 32"w x 2" deep. I had to buy it on a whim not sure if it would work for the project I was thinking and it turned out to be too tall. So, I thought maybe someone has an old house they are restoring and would like an authentic door? It just requires some fine sanding and is almost ready to finish. The deatil is beautiful. Just know it is not yellowy like some of the pics show. Due to lighting in my garage. If you would like to see it, you may of course too.
