Beautiful Antique Eastlake Victorian Brass Doorbell Pullchain Bell Hardware NICE
Up for auction is this antique doorbell. It was purchased at auction here in Ohio. It measures@ 5" in diameter. It has nice Eastlake style decoration on the brass bell. The back and inside components appear to be made of cast iron. The patent date on the inside is 1876. The bell is complete except for the pullchain. You can see on the photo which shows you the back side a channel that the chain goes in. You can easily attach a small chain or rope to make this complete. It has a nice ring to it. James Cartland & Son Brass Door Hardware Victorian Letter Slot & Door Knocker
Nice Victorian Brass Hardware. Both have the JCS Cypher and the knocker also has what looks like an R monogram that I have been unable to identify. The letter slot measures 9" x 3" and the width measure between center of screw holes is 7 1/2" The door knocker is 8" long and top plate width is 3 1/2" with center to center screw hole width of 1 13/16" Condition: Original Patina. On Letter plate. One spring hinge with holding pin is missing and although easily remedied, functions with the one that is there. The knocker sits slightly askew but looking closely at it, appears that that can be easily remedied. There is a minor scuff on tip of nose. There are several photos so please scroll.

VINTAGE SOLID WOOD FRENCH DOORS C1920s ORIGINAL BRASS HARDWARE 60" x 81-1/2"
VINTAGE SOLID HARDWOOD FRENCH DOORS SIZE: 60" X 81-1/2" ORIGINAL BRASS HARDWARE Offered are a pair of vintage solid hardwood French doors circa 1920s being sold as is. I believe these may be Walnut. But I am not a wood expert. This set measures approximately 60" x 81-1/2" The door thickness is approximately 1-3/4" Each door weighs approximately 52 pounds. All of the original brass hardware is included but the hinges are missing. I have taken photos of the both the fronts and backs of these beautiful doors as well as some pictures at different angles. Pictures of the hardware is also included. As you can see from the pictures. EACH French door has four rows of 3 glass window panes across, or 12 glass window panes- none of the panes are cracked or broken. Each glass pane measures approximately 5" wide by 13-3/4" ... morelong. The measurement from the bottom of the door to the trim of the lowest row of glass is approximately 16-1/4" All of the original brass hardware is included, and photos include pictures of the door knobs, striker plate, and the mortise locking mechanisms. The varnish on the doors does show signs of crazing, which is to be expected for the age of these doors. In my opinion, this is a very beautiful set of French doors.
