Overall it is in very good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. It was left outside in the yard for a while so the grain is raised. Fantastic Antique Pocket Door with American Stained Glass, c. 1900 NED247
An extraordinary antique pocket door. Circa 1900, with amazing American stained glass. The door's glass pane features an abstract design in a playful variety of stained, ripple and granite glass. The central medallion is composed of ripple glass in clear, amber, green and blue hues and is anchored by a red rectangular frame. The clear granite background is framed by a double border of clear ripple and red glass; two rows of sun-purple diamonds line the piece at top and bottom. The door is in very good antique condition(see photos) and the glass is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. ~ ANTIQUE AMERICAN STAINED GLASS FRENCH DOORS ~ CHESTNUT & CHERRY ~ 48 x 84 ~
Description This is a great set that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. The fronts are chestnut and the backs are cherry. It looks like someone began stripping them. They are not 100% completely stripped but it will not take too much to finish them. Each door has a full length panel of leaded glass with a great design. All of the glass is clear distorted in a variety of textures and patterns. Each panel has 12 jewels. All of the hardware needs to be replaced. They measure 48 inches wide. By 84 tall and is 1.75 inches thick. Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good scrubbing but will clean up nicely. Description This is a great door that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. It is made of pine and is unpainted. The bottoms each have 2 raised panels. The top of each has a nice piece of leaded glass. All of the glass is clear distorted. I see no cracks or breaks. All of the ornate Victorian hardware is intact except the slide bolt keeper. They measure 48 inches wide by 79.25 tall. They are 1.5 inches thick. The glass only is approx. 16.25 by 40.25 inches. Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good scrubbing but will clean up nicely. There was a deadbolt hole that has been filled in poorly. Easy fix. A beautiful antique door with amazing American stained glass. Dating from the early 1900's. This door features a divided light window perched above a grooved shelf and three raised panels. The center pane of the divided window consists of a gorgeous geometric design of stained and ribbed glass, surrounded by eight panes of granite glass. The door is in very good antique condition, and the glass is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. It is painted a chippy white on one side, and is a beautiful stained brown on the other.
