Wood Oval Beveled Glass Entry Door
This is a wood oval beveled glass entry door. I measures 31 3/4" x 78 1/2" x 1 3/4" It has a 1 1/4" oval beveled glass window. It is painted on the exterior side and has never been stained or painted on the interior. It is in good overall condition with typical dings for its age. It does not come with hardware. The hardware is being sold in a separate auction. The door was originally set installed with surface hinges and has a right hand swing. I also have a second matching door that has some condition problems. If you are interested in the second door. I would sell it for $150.00 plus s&h for it. Here is a great old painted entry door w/glass that was removed from a home that was built in the 1920's or 30's. All of the hardware is included: 3) surface-mounted hinges and complete lockset(minus key) This type of door is really not well-suited for exterior use. They were typically found inside of a covered porch or entry as this one was. The glass pane is fully intact with no cracks or breaks. It is flat glass with no bevels or ornamentation. Both sides of the door are painted, one side is white and the other has a faux-finish that's supposed to look like wood. There are a few nicks and gouges throughout, but these could ... moreeasily be addressed if the door was to be painted. There is also what looks like a longitudinal crack on the bottom rail(it shows on the white side, see pics) as well as a crack near the bottom of the latch-side stile(see pics) The lockset is complete. Single Antique Leaded Glass Cabinet Door with Hardware
You are looking at single antique pine leaded glass cabinet door. It is not painted. Original finish. It is in good condition. There are a few minor scratches in the finish as you can see in the pics, but nothing major at all. The glass is sturdy and there are no breaks. This door includes a glass knob with a back plate. This is a fairly amazing and unique set of very thick and tall old pine windows and French doors. The set was salvaged from the 1926 Western Union building at 334 Carondelet St. in New Orleans in preparation for a planned condo conversion. These doors and windows are heavy. Commercial grade, and unusually tall. They are in excellent condition and have been stripped and cleaned. The entire set contains 21 separate pieces. The door is made of solid pine, and has a less common arrangement of 10 windows. 1 lite is missing; 1 is made of Plexiglass and is broken; and 8 of the lites are intact, original, wavy glass. We could replace the broken lite and add a lite in the empty window with 2 pieces custom cut from our collection of old glass for $25. Hardware: The door is equipped with a spring-loaded. Double-action hinge and 1 hinge cover. However, it's missing the other cover, 2 push plates, and pivot hinge for the top of the door. The door doesn't have a lock. Vintage lot of 3 Glass door knobs + a stem antique
Two vintage glass door knobs on a stem. Also another glass knob but it is not exactly the same design as the pair. Nice art deco. The pair thread on the stem fine and the set screws are good. About 7 inches long including the stem and 2 inches wide. I do not know exactly how old they are but they are old. It has aging and wear. But not much, these look real nice. See photos for condition. I do not see any serious cracks. Dents, repairs, nor damage. It is vintage and in as found condition and will look even better if properly cleaned. The door has a solid pine core with 1/8" oak veneers. Please don't think that"veneer" means inferior quality. Unlike the paper-thin veneers used on modern doors and furniture. These veneers are 1/8" thick and provide strength and stability to the door. Oak is a very dense wood and the door would've warped long ago if it weren't for its veneers. Originally. The door had 9 beveled glass lites, but now, only 1 remains. Unfortunately, the 1 lite is cracked in half. We could order and install the 9 missing pieces of glass-email us for a quote. Penn Antique Restoration. 35"x94" Antique Exterior Poplar Door w/ 3 Raised Panels. Lovely. Antique exterior door salvaged from a Historic home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The door has a solid poplar core with 1/16" poplar veneers and has 3 raised panels. The glass installed is plexi glass. Unfortunately. We don't have any old glass this size, however, we could order a new glass lite(i.e. beveled, tempered, leaded, stained, etc. and install it- email us for a quote. The top of the lock stile is chipped and there ... moreis a strip of veneer that is missing. The molding to the left, right and top of the glass was replaced with different looking molding and was poorly installed. The bottom of both stiles are chipped. There are strips of wood missing from both sides of the lock housing. Both sides of the door have 1/8" gaps between the top rail and hinge stile. On the interior, there is a chip in the wood near the middle portion of the lock stile. There are scratches and scrapes with 2 nails in the lock stile that were not removed. Otherwise. Penn Antique Restoration. 36"x 83" Antique Mission Oak Entry Door w/9 Glass Lites. Beautiful. Vintage, Arts& Crafts style entry door salvaged from Northeastern Pennsylvania. The door has a solid pine core covered by 1/16" thick oak veneers. It has a true-divided, 9-lite arrangement. The center lite was replaced at some point with plexiglass. The door retains its original stain and finish on the front side, and it's painted on the back. Hardware: The door isn't equipped with any hardware. However. We have a good selection of period hardware to outfit the door(check out our eBay store) Repair: At the point of salvage. The door had a few cosmetic blemishes including scrapes, scratches, a crack in the veneer in the lower left corner on the front side, some bowed veneer on the right side of the lower rail on the front ... moreside, and some chipped veneer along the bottom, right edges. A potential customer wanted those blemishes repaired and also wanted the door sanded, and ready for paint. We did all of the work, and in the end, the customer backed out, most likely for financial reasons. His loss is now your opportunity! There are a few chips along edges of the door. Penn Antique Restoration. 34"x90" Antique Door Floral Textured Glass 5 Panel Lite. Beautiful. Tall, antique door salvaged from an old schoolhouse in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The door is made of solid pine, and has 5 raised panels and 1 floral, textured glass lite. The panels are contoured with applied(raised) molding on the back side. On the front side, the 4 vertical panels have decorative, reeded molding above and below, and the 1 horizontal panel has the same style molding on the left and right sides. Although the door was used as an interior door; it's thick enough to use as an exterior door. Hardware: The door is not equipped with hardware. However.
