Hi, This is an Electrolytic Art Metal Co. EAMCO) Art Nouveau Perfume Bottle set. EAMCO was in business from 1905 to 1915. The large bottle is 3 1/2" wide and stands 4" tall with the stopper in. The next two bottles are a little smaller 2 3/8" wide and one is 3" tall and the other is 3 1/2" tall. Each bottle is monogrammed. The Vase is cracked at the top(please see all photo's) it stands 6" tall and the base is 2 1/2" wide the opening for the bud is 1" wide. The large bottle has hazing inside as well as the vase. The small stopper with the golden hew inside has a flea bite nick at the bottle of the stopper- see close-up picture please. The other small bottle with the tall stopper has a dent in the lip- see grouping pictures you can see it in two different views. The pattern is thin scrolls with dogwood flowers and there is a flowery script 2 letter monogram on the irregular shield shaped plate"LM" Excellent condition with no damage noted but the stopper is stuck in. And has not been removed for the 25 years I have had it on display. It may come out with warm water soaks. I just never tried. Antique Gorham Perfume Bottle with Silver Overlay This is an Antique Glass Perfume Bottle with Silver Overlay made by Gorham. The bottle measures almost 4 3/4" tall with the stopper(see photo# 12) and almost 3 3/4" without the stopper. Both the bottle and the stopper have no chips or cracks and the silver on the bottle has not been monogrammed. The bottle is marked with both a style number(D908) and the Gorham Maker's Mark(see photo# 11) The style of the Gorham Company Maker's Mark indicates that the bottle was made during the last quarter of the 19th century. The perfume bottle is in excellent condition for its age. I purchased this perfume bottle about 15 years ago from an antique dealer. Antique Alvin Perfume Bottle with Silver Overlay This is an Antique Glass Perfume Bottle with Silver Overlay made by Alvin Manufacturing Co. The bottle measures approximately 4 1/4" tall with the stopper(see photo#12) Both the bottle and the stopper have no chips or cracks and the silver on the bottle has not been monogrammed. There is a tiny dimple/indent on the silver overlay on the bottle(see photo#11) The perfume bottle was made by Alvin Manufacturing Co. Alvin was started in 1886 and was a competitor of Gorham Company and Tiffiny& Co. Alvin was purchased by Gorham in 1928. The marks on this bottle shows FINE and then the Alvin Maker's Mark(see photo#8) The maker's mark on the bottle has been worn but is still visible. The bottle stands 2 1/2" tall with it's cap in place, the glass is clear and clean. The cap is screw-type and the glass threads are trouble-free. Antique c. 1890 Perfume Bottle Alvin Mfg .999 Silver Overlay 193 Shape Glass
For your consideration is this beautiful glass perfume bottle with pure.999 silver overlay by Alvin Manufacturing circa 1890. The bottle stands 3 1/4" tall with it's stopper and the overlay design is a flowery acutely stylish design typical of Art Nouveau. The silver has a monogram. I believe its"JBM" Some damage to the glass inside the neck but is stable and hidden behind the silver exterior collar. Stopper is perfect. Both stopper and bottle are marked"193" bottle has additional"ZZZ" mark. Alvin Manufacturing was founded in 1886 and was based in Providence, Rhode Island. Many bottles with an Alvin silver overlay were produced by Steuben(founded 1903) and were.925 silver(sterling) I believe this is a very early version since Steuben didn't exist until 1903, to my knowledge didn't have a"193" ... moreshape, and curiously the Alvin stamp shows the location of the bird and crescent in reverse to what is normally found in reference books. A very nice looking and old bottle!

Antique Perfume Bottle, Sterling Silver Overlay, Early 1900's, Stunning!
You are viewing a most exquisite antique perfume bottle. It was found in my mother's San Francisco estate and I believe is from the very early 1900's. Perhaps older. It stands 3-3/4" from top of stopper to bottom and 3-1/4" across the bottom. It is incised with STERLING U U K along the bottom(see photo) and the bottom of the glass stopper has 19 etched on it. The decorative STERLING SILVER OVERLAY is just exquisite and would be absolutely stunning if properly cleaned and polished. There are no detectable nicks, chips or cracks. The bottle is approximately 3 38" tall and 2 3/4" across the widest span. The condition is SUPER. The sterling overlay is THICK with NO DENTS. DINGS or SEPARATION. The sterling oval cartouche is NOT monogrammed. The glass bottle has NO CHIPS, NO CRACKS and NO SICKNESS. There is a smooth flake along the end of the stopper's dowel that spans the entire 1/2" area with a height of between 1/16" and 1/8" It ... moreappears to have been professionally ground down and polished. It is TOTALLY SMOOTH to the touch, still fitting perfectly inside the bottle There was a little bit of residue inside the bottle that I was able to clean with a damp Q-TIP. Because of its small size I was unable to clean the entire inside as well as I had hoped to. The stopper's flat dowel end and the bottle's underside are etched with the numbers 596 showing that this is a matched set. My many pictures show the details.
