Vintage Compass West Germany Dacor Unused In Original Box Professional Model
Vintage Dacor Professional Model DCP Oil Filled Compass- made in West Germany which dates it at least pre 1990. This is old stock from a former dive shop. Appears unused. In its original box with warranty paperwork. Sold"as is" I can find no condition issues with the compass but due to my unfamiliarity with this type of equipment I cant speak to its overall working condition. It still has oil inside and rotates. Vintage Dacor mask and bubble top compass
Here are a couple of items you do not see very often in the collectables market. This is a Vintage Dacor mask and compass. First of all I want to let all the viewers know that these two items were correctly stored away since at least 1980. The mask had more use use but the compass looks like it was not even put on as I can not find any traces of use at all. The nice thing about these items is that the rubber is just like new. Not hard, not dry, not cracked, like new. The mask has two scratches in the glass from use, nothing major but they are there. The bubble top compass is mint. The stainless hardware is also exceptional and I can see nothing wrong with it on either mask or compass. I researched the internet to try and locate anything even close to what I have available and came up empty handed. This is a vintage Engineers Lensatic Compass. I personally rate the compass. Red velvet bag, and the instructions in excellent condition. The box looks to be in decent shape in my opinion. The compass works and it still has the liquid inside. This was made in Japan. This measures approx. 3 inches long. 2 inches wide, and 1 inch thick when everything is fully closed. The instructions and the box are dated, but I am not sure if that date was put there by the manufacturer or the original owner. Great to use or collect!

This auction is for a vintage open face aluminum cased pocket compass from a local estate. No manufacturer's name or marks or indication of country of origin. The dial is black enameled metal and has a black chapter ring with a degree scale marked on it in white. The case is aluminum and measures 1-3/4" 44mm) in diameter x 3/8" 10mm) thick. It has a glass crystal. There is a ring loop(bail or bow) attached to the case at the North(N" marker on the dial. No liquid inside. The enameled black metal dial has indications/markers for the Cardinal and Half-Cardinal points. The needle is tinted green for the North indication. The compass is in very nice condition. large vintage divers wrist compass w rubber strap still glows made in finland NR
Listed here is what looks to be a large vintage divers wrist compass. Although I could be wrong on that. The piece has a rubber strap that measures over 16 inches long end to end. The strap seems to be in good shape and is still soft. The compass part measures 50mm or just about 2 inches across. It is made from black plastic that is in very nice condition. The white printing around the bezel is still in very good cond. Showing very little wear. There is a movable piece on the inner part of the bezel to help set direction. You can see this in the 2 photos, in diff. 2 positions. All of the luminous parts still look nice and fresh and show no discoloration. They seem to glow bright when put under a light source for a charge. The compass does seem to point north as it should and the needle moves very smoothly. I can not tell if it is a fluid ... morefilled compass or not. The piece was mfg. in the U.S.A. with a capsul(the compass part) made in Finland.
