3 ANTIQUE VINTAGE CAST IRON & GLASS BALL FURNITURE CLAW FEET
Up for auction are 3 antique/vintage cast iron claw feet for furniture. I am not a subject matter expert. they come from the estate of an elderly couple and could have belonged to one of their parents. Not sure of their history! They are claw shaped and have a glass ball. Each measures about 3 3/8" long and 1 1/8" across the opening. There is one hole on the side but no screws. They are a rusty orange color. not sure if that is original or they were painted that way. there is some of that color on the glass balls. They look to be in good vintage condition but one glass has a fracture(I tried to show it in photo 2) Please email with any questions and thanks for looking!

The stool is adjustable up and down for different heights and the seat swivels back and forth. The stool measures about 35 1/2 inches high by 18 inches deep. by 17 1/2 inches from the seat down. The seat measures 14 1/2 inches by 14 1/2 inches. Just gorgeous warm color. Beautiful ball and claw feet. Carving in the wood and a beautiful design all around the seat. For your consideration is this Chinese enameled bell. I believe the metal is brass. But I don't know for sure. It is 3 1/2" tall and 2 1/2" diameter. It is pink enamel and kind of a bronzy color flowers, leaves and branches design. The ball on top is clear glass and the ringer is yellow glass. It has"China" stamped on the inside of the bell. It is not perfect as I see imperfections in the glass and some on the enamel that I'm not sure were there when it was made. I really don't know how fine the details were on these originally. The bottom edge is round, unlike my picture that looks like it has flat sides. That's actually the edge of the picture. Please ask any questions and I will do my best to answer them. Authentic 2-3/8" Japanese Glass Ball Float ~ With Square & 3 Line Marks Stamp
This old float is original hand blown. Has some great character and obviously saw much time wondering the Pacific ocean before landing on Hawai'i's shores. Its circumference is about 8" And measures about 2-3/8" diameter. From what I understand. This particular stamp is the symbol for the word" Kawaguchi" which means"rivermouth" these floats are manufactured by the Kawaguchi Glass K.K. There is a weird shaped polygon(almost like the island of Hawai’i reversed) Though the start and ending lines do not touch. It almost seems like it could be a crack. As you can feel the edges as you run your finger along the lines. But placing pressure. Tapping on the section etc. shows no give or sound that would represent a crack. There’s s similar 5/8” long horizontal“almost” L” shape line that has similar edge to it. ... moreDon’t think it’s a crack either. The 3 stamps seem to be partially missing due to chips at seem or faint stamping. Though are pretty definitely obvious for the parts that are visible and remaining. There are maybe a dozen air bubbles visible though 1/16" and smaller. There's about 4 chips on the seals edge. The largest about 3/16" long, most are a tad sharp to the touch. Overall a fine specimen of the smaller size glass floats which are much rarer than the larger and more common 3"4" variety. These glass floats are all original and are as found. and have the usual wear, bumps and impact abrasions from surfing the big waves found here. ANTIQUE PIANO or PUMP ORGAN STOOL with GLASS BALL & CLAW FEET
Up for bid is this nice antique. Black painted, piano or pump organ stool, with glass ball and claw feet. While there is a crack under the seat, the stool is structurally sound, so much that it takes my weight of 280lbs and still spins with ease. Sure it could use some glue and a few clamps, but if you didn't have to and it still works regardless, why would you bother. The stool stands approximately 17-18" high. It could be stripped down to reveal the original finish as well as the actual wood, species unknown. A nice piece as a project or just the way it is. Shipping and insurance will be $45.00 due to weight lone, except to Hawaii, Alaska and all international destinations, where I will ship to, however, costs tend to be a bit higher. This is a 5" tall purple color new curio glass fishing float ball. It has a nice net for hanging the float in a window or you could remove it and put the float in a bowl. It is not marked! Nice heavy glass. Not like some of the cheapely made ones. The glass is shiney bright! No cracks! This is a very neat float! It would be a great addition to a collection of floats or maritime items! This is a glass fishing net float made by the Owens Illinois Glass Company. It is a 4+1/2" tall float. The pontil knob is not chipped. There are lots of scuffs and scratches. The bottom has very marking on it. These are some of the hardest floats to find of the American glass floats. No cracks! You just don't find these often in this great used condition!
