Antique Aqua Green GLASS KEROSENE BOTTLE CAN DISPENSER Rare Find!
Offered for auction is this rare Glass Kerosene Bottle in good overall condition. The metal parts are rusted as the pictures show. But the glass is in good condition with no cracks or serious chips, just a few flea bites as to be expected and bubbles! The color somewhere in between Aqua and Green! The patter on this glass is rather unusual and one that I have never seen. I don't know if this was used to dispense kerosene for a stove or for filling oil lamps as I do not see any makers marks. It measures abu out 12" to the top of the spout, 9 1/2" to the top of the glass and has a 6 1/2" diameter base. Plummer- Boston" I would guess that this piece is about one hundred years old and the original label is in pretty good condition with just a few small pieces of paper missing in the margins. Here is what I know for sure-it's green glass inside a old wicker basket. I know I really love this piece and that my family has had it for a long time. I have seen this forever and really never have it much thought until I pulled it out of storage So you may know everything there is to know simply by looking at the photos. I honestly didn't know a thing so I did some goggle research and what I have decided is that this is indeed an old green glass and wicker carboy or demijohn with corks and a spigot or tap spout. I'm guessing it may be rare and or a great piece. I had no idea there was so much to learn and I don't have the time to become an expert so I ofer a really interesting piece to you and ill let you decide or ask questions after I give you some info and photos. Up for auction is a vintage green glass bottle with a honeybee stopper. I am not sure what kind of bottle this is. But there is a opening in the bottom. I have never seen one like this. The bottle itself measures approx. 8" tall with the stopper approx. 10" There are 3 glass feet on the bottom molded into the glass. There are two seams down each side. There are bubbles and imperfections in the glass. There are no chips or cracks. The opening in the top is 1 1/4" The opening in the bottom goes up inside the bottle approx. 2" It weights 3 lbs. Here is a beautiful victorian era antique blown glass cruet that was a souvenir piece from Prospect Point at Niagara Falls. The cruet is in a reverse panel design in a deep green color and handpainted with a view of Niagara Falls. Though my camera can not pick up the detailing. The painting of the falls has a tiny boat at the falls base, with"Niagara Falls" hand written at the top of the picture, and"Prospect Point" hand written on the side of the handpainted picture. The picture of the falls is surrounded by 2 white enamel daisies framing the falls. The cruet has an applied handle and a rough pontil is present on the bottom of the cruet bottle along with decorator intitials of"20" The cruet bottle measures 6 inches tall at the top of the stopper by 3 1/2 inches in diameter at the widest point of the cruet. This listing is for an Antique. Victorian Enameled Perfume or Barber Bottle, commonly referred to as a Bristol Glass Bottle or Decanter, in Opaque Green. The color is commonly called Opaque Green and is nearly cream with a hint of sage green. The vase features hand-painted white rose floral with beautiful pink flowers and green leaves and trimmed in black. The piece is sometimes referred to as a Dresser Bottle. The piece is hand-blown with a pedestal shaped foot and glass stopper. The glass is opaque and very light weight. The pontil scar is a creamy green matching the color of the vase. The stopper is also hand-blown with a ground. Unpolished pontil. There are no maker or decorator marks. The glass, style and design are all indicative of the Victorian Era and likely dates to the 1800's. The piece measures 9" high with the stopper ... morein place. 7" without the stopper, 2 1/2" in diameter at the center, 2 7/8" in diameter at the base and weighs 8.1 oz. The bottle and stopper are chip. Crack and fleabite free. The artwork is in excellent condition with no marks on the design and beautiful artistry. The black trim is pristine on the bottle, but weak on the top of the stopper, likely from use. There is some light etching on the stopper and inside the neck where the stopper makes contact as would be expected. The foot has some wear from over a century of display. There is some build up of dust and dirt, which could be cleaned out if one desired. The bottle will make an excellent addition to a Victorian Bottle collection and beautiful Victorian display piece in a curio, bedroom or bath. Shipping. This beautiful Danish whiskey bottle is most unusual! The glass itself is mold blown. With lots of straw marks and bubbles, in a deep olive-ish green; has the initials C.L.O.C. whiskey) embossed on two sides. The bottle has a hammered and corked pewter stopper, but the majority of the cork is inside the bottle. There's a decorative pewter ring around the mouth, and the bottle is partially cased with hammered, repousse pewter, in a floral design. There's a hallmark on one side of the pewter that reads: M.W. Antique Depose Green Glass, Embossed Leather & Cast Brass Gun Rifle Bottle w/Cap
This is an unusual empty Antique green glass Depose rifle bottle with floral embossed leather wrapped around the handle and over the top. And an ornately cast brass hammer on top. The glass has an old black and green painted finish that is worn off in spots revealing the green glass underneath. There is a black plastic cap that screws over the mouth of the bottle which is leather bound. Overall condition is very good with no chips or cracks, no tears in the leather, and brass and leather pieces are firmly intact. The butt of the rifle is marked DEPOSE. It measures 17" long. It is a truly unique and interesting piece!

This one is an awesome deep green glass with the distinct air bubble effect only aged blown glass has. The unique part of this bottle is the molded volume size. The only one I've seen like it. The bottle is in need of cleaning inside. It had dried wine still in the bottom when purchased. It is in excellent condition for its age with no cracks, or breaks and with all the bubbles and ripples you expect to see. It stands aprox 23" high and is 44" around at it's widest point. I listed this as having a German origin but, could easily be Austrian or, Italian based on local.
