Vintage Porcelain Decorated Floral Lamp in the Grecian Urn Style
This is a small Vintage Floral Decorated Porcelain Lamp PRE-1950s in the Grecian Urn style. It measures 10-3/4" tall with a 4" diameter wooden base and felt bottom pad. The electrical wire is the fabric wrapped style of the PRE-1950s with a bakelight two prong plug. There is NO DAMAGE of any kind on the lamp and the socket is tight. It works perfectly. There is no lamp shade included. This lamp is an excellent piece for anywhere in the house. The floral pattern on the porcelain and white. Beautiful size, measuring: diameter 26.38" High 19.69" with chain and ceiling cap 25.53" easily adjustable. The bottom has the original green varnish as well as the 6 bobeches. I'm pleased to offer this antique Pittsburgh Lamp. Brass, and Glass co. PLBG) reverse painted landscape lamp in near-fine original condition. Great, rare combination of attributes: Style, maker mark, and date. The shade features a nostalgic western mountain image painted in an Arts and Crafts style. Seems to be an autumn scene. With golden sun and rather barren fields between scattered pines and oak. The shade profile is tent-like, with a somewhat vertical panel under a rounded canopy dome. The sockets are dated 1909(Franklin? And one of the pull chain finials is dated 1911. The base has an underside cast embossing that identifies the maker as PLBG(Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass, and Glass Co) model number 1806. Dimensions are as follows: shade diameter: 16-1/2" shade height: 7-1/2" shade mounting hole diameter: 3-3/8" Base height: ... more18-1/2" Total height(to finial) 20" Base diameter: 7-5/8" The pull-chains are 8 and 8-1/2" long. One has a saturn form. And the other is ball-shaped(and has the 1911 patent date) Probably, one of the original switches failed and was replaced with a good switch from the same era. Condition is rare. The paint on the base appears to be original. And the patina on the sockets and pull-chains is deep and even. The silk-wrapped cord is almost certainly a contemporary(and attractive) replacement, but the finely ribbed plug body might be original. See the many pictures below for a thorough depiction of the condition. The shade has some flaking at the edges plus a few very small chips(1/8" or less) The shade top is ground and appears to be undamaged. The paint is entirely solid. With no flaking or crazing. There are some pliers marks on the shade finial. The shade has a few scratches and scuffs. But they disappear when the lamp is turned on. See the pictures below. It works. And the low-watt bulbs will be included. These have been essential to the shade's preservation. Apparently, no previous owner has made the mistake of trying to make the lamp brighter(

Local Pick-Up only in Lakewood. Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio This is an Antique Stained Glass Floor Lamp. It measures about 53 1/2 inches tall. The original shade measures 7 7/8 inches tall and is 18 3/4 inches in diameter. The lamp is for sale local pick-up only and cash upon pick-up. The Shade: The shade consists of 7 panels. Each with 71 pieces of glass, that's if I did the math correctly, there are no chips, breaks or problems with the glass. There is a small split that is shown in the photos, and that should be eventually attended to. The shade weighs a hefty 10 lbs. The Lamp: The lamp measures 53 1/2 inches tall. And retains it's original Bryant sockets, all 3 are marked"Bryant, 250W, 250V, Pat'd Nov. 25, 1907. I did rewire the base about 25 years ago and used reproduction cloth covered cord, the plug is modern. ... moreAll three lights work as does their pull chains. The bottom of the base measures about 1/2 inch thick and is about 16 inches across, and like the shade is unsigned, it appears to be bronze with an applied patina, I don't know for sure, but suspect that the base is filled with lead or someother metal to add weight, a photo is posted of the bottom. The lamp without the shade weighs about 30 Lbs. I purchased the lamp about 25 years ago from an 86 year old gentleman who was moving into an assisted living facility. He purchased a house with all its contents in 1933, and the lamp came with the house. The lamp's cord went bad in the 1960's according to Hugh, he then removed the shade and stored it, and then placed the base in a closet. The lamp does have a slight tilt to it due to laying in a closet for over 25 years, I've never attempted to straighten it out, as it never bothered me. The manufacturer is unknown to me. I assume it was a new player in the leaded stained glass business in the early part of the last century(1907- 1910) as the shade, to me anyway, looks to be over-engineered. LANSHIRE clock cigarette ashtray nightlight floor lamp silver finish antique
This auction is for a vintage antique LANSHIRE clock synchronous time style that is part of a floor lamp which hosts a smoke/drink table and a lighted base. The clock is an older on marked Synchronous Time on the dial and the original back cover is missing and may have been marked SP-3. The replacement cover is not marked. The dial is 3-1/2" I don't know if Lanshire made the lamp or just supplied the clock but it is very RARE with a lighted base. Silver finished castings on the base, spindle, ashtray/drink tray, and the clock. The lamp is old judging by its style, silver finish castings, design and condition. I will describe this RARE lamp because it has a lot of special features. Starting from the floor up it has a nice decorative filagree 2 tier base casting with a silver finish. Above that is a large onyx type lighted base with ... moresome browning color cast. There is a little brass push button on the base so you can use it for a night light. Next there is a silver finished casting made up like a spindle. Then there is a silver finished solid casting decorative type with 4 holes. 2 holes have large copper finish steel cups with chrome ashtray covers. The covers have 3 locations for you to set your cigarette or cigar in and there is a hole area which has a spinning copper finished lid. The third hole is a little smaller and has a cup only no cover and the 4th hole is smaller and you could put a glass or cup in that. Next is a nice Lanshire synchronous clock. The synchronous motor is running but this lamp has been sitting a long time and the hands are not moving. There is a small round brass button like on the face of the clock that is spinning. I have had a few of these synchronous clocks and if they have been sitting for a long time they can take awhile to start running again. At the top of the lamp there is a candelabra light arrangement with a 3 way switch so you can have 1-2 or all 3 bulbs on. One of the bulb holders is broken so I will replace that. Vintage Mario Arnaboldi Red Mira Table Lamp Light Made Italy 80's Programmaluce
This auction is for the Mario Arnaboldi/ Programmaluce Mira table lamp that was made in Italy in 1983 or 1984. It is in very good. Working condition and comes with a light bulb, ready for use. The on/ off switch flips upward and downward allowing you to choose the amount of light you want. Both of the arms swivel up and down without any issue. The cover around the light bulb turns in both directions. Part of the cord has some spots of hardened plastic on it, which you can see in the 9th photo. When I turn this on, there was a small plume of smoke that came from the bulb, but then stopped. I'm not sure if that is an issue with the bulb or if that is normal for this type of bulb. The Programmaluce sticker is missing from the base of the lamp, if there ever was one. The gray felt that is on the bottom of the lamp is clean without wear. The ... morered paint on the lamp is in very good shape with minimal wear. The bar with the bulb is about 26.5 inches in length and the other bar is about 25 inches. The vertical bar is about 15.5 inches in length. Buyer to pay $15 shipping. I combine shipping on multiple items unless the auction says shipping costs are for flat rate priority mail shipping.
