Stunning large ceramic and brass table lamp with gold accents. It has an Asian/Oriental motif featuring a geisha? The ceramic part is in excellent condition. there are some smudges near her face in my photo that wiped off, it was just my grubby fingers after handling newspaper) the gold accents have some wear but is surprisingly strong for the age of the lamp. The top is a pale green. There are a few discolored areas near the cord on the brass at the bottom and a some whitish stuff up at the top. These look exaggerated by my flash of my camera. It is better looking in person. It has the 3 screws for a glass shade of some sort(not included) Works fine. The cord looks ancient and the lamp might have been rewired as there is a small hole in the green felt on the bottom dead center right where the wire is(or maybe it is just a hole! The Sconce features 2 amazing fully figured Winged Cherubs and wonderful Rocco designs with a Crown ontop. The Sconce displays beautifully and is in good condition with a few old repairs but nothing too bad. The Sconce is also very large measuring 18-3/4 inches tall by 14 inches wide and stands out from the wall approx 10-1/2 inches. The Lamp is very much more beautiful than my photos show, the Glass Shade goes from a deep Pink color at the top to a light blush Pink color at the bottom and features a unique Polk a dot pattern that I have not seen before. The Lamp is overall in very good condition, there is some minor rim chips that are covered by the fixture but no large chips, cracks or repairs of any kind. The bottom cap also shows a loss as seen in the photo but overall it displays beautifully. I have not tried it to see if it works but I am sure you would want to rewire it when you hang it in your home anyway. Brass trim, acanthus leaves sit atop narrow stripes on urn-like base. Working light takes 60 watt bulb. All hardware in excellent vintage condition. There is not a shade to accompany this lamp. Felt on bottom of base to prevent scratches on furniture. Very delicate shade of pink and not overpowering. Perfect lamp for feminine bedside table or desk. No cracks, chips or scratches. Antique French Bronze Brass Bouillotte Lamp Brass Tole Shade
A antique french bouillotte style lamp in good condition. It does have some bends and dings here and there. Also scuffs and scratches from age and use. I believe this is made of bronze with a tole shade. It is working but as you can see in the pictures the electrical cord has been spliced together to make it longer. But that is a easy fix. The wood faux candles you see in the holders don't quite fit as snug as they should but they still look good. The tole shade does adjust up and down in height. This lamp measures approximately 29" tall in total height(lamp + shade) The actual lamp measures 20 1/4" tall x 8" wide(this is measured from top of bulb holder to bottom of base) The shade measures 13 1/2" tall x 13 1/4" wide. The lamp was once an oil lamp that has been converted to electric and how has a two-pronged cord(see photo) This lamp is in great working order. The lamp is turned on by pushing the cylinder switch at bulb base. This lamp still has its original oil opening and wick controls. The lamp. Itself, is in very good vintage condition. Of course, there is some minor tarnishing due to age, but this just adds to the charm of this piece. The pottery base has an attractive transfer and hand decorated pattern of oranges and flowers. The pottery body is in good condition with no chips or cracks. Some wear to the gilding but the decoration is intact. The black ceramic foot appears to be in good condition with no chips and the brass is free from splits or dents. A.OLLIER A stunning very rare french 1925-1930 art deco chandelier in nickel plated bronze or solid brass with shades by Ollier. The fixture holds six rare moulded-pressed glass panels signed A.Ollier France. The central bowl decorated in the same pattern as the panels is a model which is Always unsigned yet a well known shade by Verreries des Hanots. Both panels and bowl are represented in the Ollier catalogue I show at the end of this ad. The catalogue is no part of the auction. A.Ollier was a shop and Wholesale in Paris( 21 rue de l'Hirondelle and 6 place St.Michel) dealing in art deco lighting lamp shades by numerous French and Bohemian glass factories. They also offered complete chandeliers and lamps. The panels of this chandelier were designed and produced by Verreries des Hanots on special command by Ollier. Hanots being like Verlys ... morea part of the Holophane company. One of the largest glass manufacturers in France. They produced art glasses for lighting in moulded-pressed glass under the name of verreries des Hanots. For vases etc the brandname Verlys was used) The chandelier on offer is in excellent condition. The nickel plated fixture repeating the decoration of the shades is of excellent quality. Very fine detailed work. All shades are in superb condition. As you can see on the picture taken from the interior of the chandelier the six panels have chips around the edges. It are no damages. The maker of the chandelier deliberately rounded the lower edges of the panels to make them fit into the chandelier mounting. The chandelier has a drop of 92 cm(36-1/4" and it's 55 cm wide(17-3/4" I have renickeled and patinated the fixture and it comes rewired. It holds seven B22 bayonet sockets. Pair of Vintage Brass Spring Loaded Candle Lamps with Brass Pierced Shades
This auction is for a pair of unique vintage brass spring loaded candle stick lamps with brass pierced shades. The cylinder contains a spring which pushes the candle up to maintaining an evenly burning candle. The entire surface retains a nice mellow patina. Base is 6 inch tall and 5.25 inch wide. Candle tube is 6.5 inch tall and 3/4 inch and 1 inch diameter. Tube sits inside base and adds 1.5 inch. Shade sits on top of tube. Shade is 5 inch wide and 5 inch diameter. Lamp overall height is 10.75 inch. These lamps would be great inside or out. I have cleaned the dust off these lamps but I have not cleaned off the patina. Helmet has scratches with some very small light rust spots. Has a nice old aged look with great Patina. Has a pull chain switch. Plug has been cut and will need to be replaced. J efferson reverse painted table lamp. The hand painted shade is 18 inches in diameter and is in mint condition. There are no chips or flakes on the edges and no fractures or cracks in the shade itself. The glass is decorated with an ice chip texture similar to the techniques used by Handel. Although not signed. Based on the design of the woodland scene this lanp has been identified as being part the Prince Charles group as pictured in the Millender books of lamp catalog and is referred to as number L1 888 Woodland Rd. it is also pictured on page 118 in Antique Lamp Buyers Guide by Nadja Maril; Schiffer Publishing. The double socket base appears to have been altered with a different finial top the rewired base measures 26" x 8.5" and there is some scratching and wear on the base as shown in the photos. Antique Lyhne industrial shaded table lamp was patented in 1910 by Anker S. Lyhne amd sold by Beers Sales Company. Bridgeport, Conn. Made for home, office or workshop with a revolving reflector/shade to prevent glare. The lamp itself can be put in pretty much any angle from side to side or straight up according to the users need since the arm can be articulated with the dial. The shade can be moved from side to side or down also according to the users needs. The base is 6-1/2" in diameter. The arm is 8" long and the shade is 6-3/4" x 5-1/2" It has a brass finish with a cast iron base. It has at one time been rewired and the wire and cord are in fine condition. The base is marked Lyhne Lamp Patd July 12 10, Dec 19 11 USA. Of, course, it has been used and does show some wear on the brass finish.The reflector on the inside ... morealso shows some wear and the arm has a few surface rust spots on one side all consistent with its age and use. The tam-o-shanter type glass shades are cut with grapevines, satin finished. The shades are similar, but not matching. With shades the lamps measure 18-1/4" and 17-1/2" tall. The shade holders have a 5" inner diameter. Very good condition: pressed and cut glass lamps without damage, a minor nick to a few prisms. One shade with minor top rim chip, both shades with minor fitter rim chips. The pair is for one price.

A nice table lamp. This mid century piece looks to be maple wood with faux gold accents. The light is about 12" tall to the top of the bulb socket. The base is about 5" in diameter. In good used condition with patina and some signs of age and wear. The lamp is working and has a standard US plug on the cord. The bottom is covered in a felt like material. The lamp has been rewired and has a brass pull chain socket with a pretty cut crystal teardrop pull on the chain. The fancy pierced brass floral shade ring features 31 strands of fire polished crystal lustres. The column base is acanthus leaf and the top column is satiny twisted brass. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the crystals end. These decorator bulbs can be found in any home center or home depot.
