For your consideration we have this vintage lamp shade only. It is made and marked on the top metal bracket"F. Cooper Lamps" The shade is in good condition but does have some small snags. I showed the worst of these in the pictures for you. Measures 14" inches tall. The bottom measures 20" accross the rim and the top is about 9" inches accross the rim. Vintage Frederick Cooper? Great Tole Bouillotte Lamp Double shade Red!
What can I say? A lovely tole Bouillotte lamp. Double shade double light. Great Tole design on it. I love lamps. I am a collector of lamps but I have a rule that when one comes in at this point another has to leave. I do not know the maker nor age of this lamp I have had it a while. I had it in my breakfast area but works well in any room. It is not marked but by the quality of the materials used it is most likely Frederick Cooper or Chapman. The red finish is fine and the shades do not have any dents or rust. The red is almost a rust color. I took some pictures out doors where you can see brick on the house to get a visual of the color. From the bottom to the tallest point it is nearly 21" tall and about 13" at the widest point. It weighs 5 1/2 pounds. The shades are on a brass bracket that you can raise or lower. This lamp uses ... moreaccent bulbs(not included) The post has some light wear(normal) and the only other thing i can point out is one of the gold cardboard candle post has a small tear at the bottom(see picture) The base is wood from what i can tell. They do not make quality lamps like this anymore the detail and materials are just great! Please remember that if an item is described as VINTAGE or ANTIQUE. It is old and should never be expected to look"like new" By their nature, they are usually used items. Offered for sale here is a great vintage Frederick Cooper ceramic lamp that dates from the mid century/ 70's/ 80's/ 90's- It is in the shape of a large Venetian Italian Urn with a ribbed body and ornate gold gilded handles- the lovely gold gilded details are much brighter then the photos show- The vase urn is made of ceramic with a white crackled finish and it is mounted on a gold gilded wooden base- It is in overall good condition with one flea bite on the body where a cracked pice came out. Pair Vintage Red & Gold Frederick Cooper Country French Cottage Tole Table Lamps
This is a very classy looking pair of vintage red& gold Country French Cottage metal tole table lamps. They probably date from the 1950s or 1960s. These lamps are highly decorative and are beautifully painted. I'll start by saying that I'm opening them at a low price simply due to the fact that one of the paws on the feet is missing. Causing them to lean about a quarter of an inch. When photographing them, I folded up a napkin and stuck it under. So you would have to come up with a viable alternative. Perhaps a tiny piece of wood or metal measuring a quarter of an inch high. Fortunately, it's missing from the back, so it won't stand out. The lamps stand 33 3/4 inches tall including the finial. They are 28 inches tall to the top of the shades. They are 24 1/2 inches tall to the top of the sockets. The lamps themselves are ... more22 1/2 inches tall. The shades measure 16 inches across and 5 1/4 inches high. The company's name is marked on the top centerpiece of the shades. It says F. Cooper Lamps. Which is the Frederick Cooper Lamp Company of Chicago. There is some loss to the paint on the top of one shade(please see photo) Also. There's a tiny dot of paint on the back base, approximately 1/8 inch across. Except for a few other expected minor age-related dings/nicks, they're in very good condition. Not marked but a Frederick Cooper design caged glass table lamp in the manner of Seguso. Made of beautiful champagne toned glass with a lovely bubbly quilted texture and design. It sits on a classic modern base of Florentine gilt metal and wood. It has a lovely bulbous long ovoid shape.with a classic crown on the top. It measures 35" tall to the top of the finial x 11" wide and weighs 10 lbs. The cage is made of metal with an antique bronze finish. All solid brass fittings.the finial painted wood. Here is a new vintage small Frederick Cooper table lamp that I purchased at an upscale estate sale. The Frederick Cooper tag was present& it appears to be new. There are no issues to report& it is in mint condition. It is made of hand painted porcelain and has an Asian flair. The lamp sits on a beveled walnut stand. It has a squared off black lampshade with gold& black detailing inside. It measures 16.5" tall(including the lampshade) x 7" at the base.
