This map is from Johnson's New Family Atlas. Published by Johnson& Ward in 1864. This antique authentic map shows Johnson's FLORIDA by Johnson& Ward The map was printed on newsprint paper which has yellowed and has some areas of discoloration and age staining. Which can be viewed in the photographs. There are also small tears at some edges. It measures just over 18 inches by about 14 inches. However. It's a wonderful old piece, and would be great framed, for a collector of antique maps. I am selling all of the maps from the Atlas. In separate auctions. Antique 1914 Map of Georgia and Florida
This is an original map of Georgia and Florida cut from Hammond's Handy Atlas of the World with New Census. A book published in 1914. The map of Georgia is on page 33(the front) and Florida is on page 34(the back) so only one state can be viewed at a time. The map is just slightly under 6"x8" and fits perfectly into a 6"x8" frame. The frame is not included. I bought the book to frame a few of the states to put on my own wall and thought others might like to do the same. I'm also selling maps of other states. Huge 35" x 20" Matted Antique Map Florida Panhandle U.S. Coast Survey 1856 VGC
This is an antique map of the Florida Panhandle/Gulf of Mexico that was done in 1856 in color. It has been matted and is ready for framing. Its extra large dimensions. Including mat, are 35" wide x 20" tall. It was done by A.D. Bache, superintendant, as a U.S. Coast Survey. It was purchased by me for my late husband from the Centuries map store in New Orleans. Would make a great gift or a wonderful addition to a collection. It is in very good condition. Especially for its age. There are no rips or tears.
