The frame is a very nice heavy duty gold painted aluminum, 3/4" in depth with 3 to 4 L-braces in each corner. Map condition: There is a very light water stain at the bottom center of the map, barely visible, a few tiny black specks, no larger than a pin head, scattered across the map. A few specks of dust have managed to accumulate behind the glass. Otherwise the map is in Very good condition. The frame is in very good condition. This is a very scarce map. I guarantee it to be the original 1890s lithographed map and it is returnable for a full refund if the buyer is not completely satisfied with it.
