1897 Utah Pioneer Jubilee cup , LDS, Mormon antique
Scarce 1897 Utah Jubilee Enameled Cup. Polychrome transfer printed enamel on metal with the Great Seal of the State of Utah"1896" with floral garland connecting this to a hide scroll with a Buffalo and"Utah Pioneer Jubilee 1847" with rifle behind, bordered top with a scene of the Great Trek, at the bottom it has Indians chasing a pony express rider and an Indian village, the bottom marks the Commemoration of the Arrival of the First Band of Pioneers into the Valley of Great Salt Lake July 24th 1847, it has a gilt lip. 3.75" diameter x 4" high. As you can see in the pictures this cup is not in perfect shape, but what an awesome piece to have in your collection! IT'S 114 YEARS OLD!

Large White Antique Circa 1800's Ironstone Pitcher UTAH
You are bidding on a large white ironstone pitcher. The pitcher stands appr 11 1/2" and is appr 5" across at the opening. This pitcher is marked UTAH in brown on the bottom. It was made by Knowles Taylor& Knowles. American ironstone of this vintage were often named after famous people or places and UTAH is one of the KTK patterns. According to the info I found on this piece I believe it was made between 1872 and the mid 1880's. I picked this up at an estate sale in Iowa. It has floral ornate embossing on both sides as well as the handle. It is very white without crazing. There are no chips or cracks. There are a few minor imperfections in the glaze that are specks of brown. I do not see any repairs done on the pitcher. I feel it is in excellent condition for its age. No visible holes. The Red is still pretty bold for being nearly 100 years old. Would look even better with a little cleaning and some TLC. This metal dish is in the shape and size of a butter dish. Although I doubt that it was ever used as one. It is very old and tarnished, and I don't know what kind of metal it is made of. It has the Great Seal of the State of Utah 1896, and the Capitol Building on it.

I can't guarantee they all come from smoke free environments. DESCRIPTION: The top edge of this old piece is somewhat out-of-round with some dented-in areas as well as some nicks in the edge. The bottom edge also has a couple of small dented-in spots. The piece is tarnished. It looks like it's original color was a combination of copper and silver. Take a good look! This is really a neat looking old pennant. It is a SALT LAKE CITY UTAH PENNANT F eatu ring artwork of the MORMON TEMPLE. It is in overall pretty good condition. There are some existing fold marks and some age cracks in some of the letters. Artwork is good. See pics! It is about 26" long. Age is est. to be from the 1950-60s. A very nice collectible piece for you to displ ay in your home or office.
